He was a really nice guy. I had planned on using him, but I helped my daughter move, and it required more money than originally thought. I had to put off the work until I have the money to do the work. He was very professional. I made an appointment and he came out. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use them in the future.

Eli and team arrived on time and got started right away. Eli does all the detail work himself with the guys doing the basic stuff. He took time to sand and stain a test spot so we could agree on what the end product would look like and he updated me after each stage was complete, first sanding, then stain, then the poly coats. Eli finished the job on our tight schedule and worked over the weekend to ensure it was done - at no extra charge. Overall, we were very happy with the overall look - although not as happy with the edging (areas where the big sander could not reach) as they did not look as well finished. We also learned that we had B grade oak, that does not take the stain as well and shows light spots - but just adds character in our opinion. Bottom line, for the price, Eli delivers good results and provides very good service. He is available when you need him and backs up his product. I still call him for floor advice and have since had him back to install our engineered floor (below grade) on our main floor.
