Stone Makeover was advised on work which needed to be done such as resurfacing floor and vanity in powder room, cleaning porcelain tiles in family/kitchen areas and tile/grout work in bathroom. Although original estimate was off from actual, they acknowledged that and did their best to accommodate. I found Stone Makeover to be very professional, punctual and efficient in their service. I would also recommend speaking with their Sales Operations Mgr Pedro - he was extremely professional and took the time to explain the process/techniques he uses. It is hard to find quality these days, but Stone Makeover can deliver quality results and they are also responsive. The work began on time and was successfully completed within the day as promised. The sales Mgr also stopped by and took part in the work to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend using Stone Makeover for any stone and marble resurfacing, polishing, cleaning. Plus they do other related work so give them a call!!

The work and communication were great but their price estimating leaves a lot to be desired. I reached out to them via their site with a very detailed message as to what we needed, 20 linear feet (70-72 pieces of 2"x4" Carrara Marble tiles) bullnosed or polished on one of the 4" sides. We received a response from Shubert and subsequently spoke on the phone where he asked me to text him images of what we spoke about. I sent him the images of the tiles with a recap of what we wanted, explaining that we needed 20 linear feet of tile bull-nosed and polished on one side (70-72 pieces of 2" x 4" Carrara Marble tiles) . I was quoted initially $200. And then in became $260 as we wanted polished and bullnosed. Shubert then put me in contact with Pedro who picked up the tiles from our contractor who again explained what we needed, 20 linear feet (70-72 pieces of 2" x 4" Carrara Marble tiles) A few days later I went and picked up the Pedro who was super nice and he only had 3 linear feet (12 tiles) bull nosed. Pedro then proceeded to contact me later that evening and tell me that Shubert had made a mistake and that the job was now going to be $410 dollars. I felt like I was being held hostage as they had my tiles and our contractor's clock was ticking. At the end of the day Stone Makeover's pricing/estimating cost me $800 more than anticipated. Their extra $200 plus the $600 extra that I had to pay our contractor for the 2 delay in getting these. I would definitely use these guys again as they did good work and were good with the communication, but I would get an estimate in writing before proceeding. So they get an F in pricing and their professionalism which would've gotten an A takes a hit for not honoring their initial pricing.

Owner arrived within a day of my call to appraise the countertops and provide pricing. His crew of 2 came in later in the day to perform the service. Both the owner, Shubert, and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable about the resurfacing and makeover that needed to be done. I was very pleased with the pricing, punctuality and the professional attitude of all involved.

Pedro and Osman first inspected the area that needed repair. I was confident that they were very well aware of how to repair the chips in my granite. The repair work turned out amazing and the granite looks like it never had a chip. Thank you Stone Makeover.

They were excellent. They showed up on time. They were very professional. Their work was much better than expected.

Schubert and his team were the ultimate professionals. Very responsive, punctual and accommodating in both the estimate appointment and the job appointment. The workers are professional and courteous and demonstrated legitimate respect for all the areas and belongings surrounding the work area. My countertops and floors have never looked this good. I definitely would use them in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family members.

The Stone Makeover crew picked up the tile we had ordered through our own vendor and delivered it to the house. They showed up promptly every day for 4 days and worked hard the entire day. The crew was very professional, pleasant and accommodating to our every need. They demolished and removed all the old tile, cleaned up the sub floor, nailed and meshed the subfloor before installing the new tiles. We had had issues with cracked tiles because the old floor was not installed properly. They worked in a timely manner and started installing the next day. The job took 4 days and included repairing the granite backsplash, refinishing the marble floor in the powder room, installing a new backsplash and polishing the granite countertops. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left my house relatively clean (except for all the dust). There were a few outstanding issues on our punch list. These were addressed quickly and professionally. I would use The Stone Makeover company again and I would surely recommend them to all who need this type of service.

I had a good experience overall. I would say they were very professional, on time, and got the job done quickly.
