Description of Work: We have used Spotless Planet for 4 years. They usually come by about once a month to clean all the floors in bathrooms (5) in our house (3 story plus basement). They are reliable, efficient, and trustworthy. Piedad, the owner, always responds by email. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I used Spotless Planet for 3 years (and would still use, but moved away from JC) for regular cleaning service of my apartment. During this time, there was very little turnover of staff with Evelyna or the owner Piedad coming with a junior team member. They always did impeccable job. It's important for me to use non-toxic chemicals and Spotless Planet uses sustainable products for the most part. They truly left my place spotless every time! | |Scheduling is done via email with the owner and for the most part it was smooth. There were some occasions when I wasn't scheduled for the weeks I had wanted to. Communication could be a bit better: e.g. I had told the owner that we had gotten cats, but it was news to the staff once they arrived. | |All in all, I can truly recommend Spotless Planet as a reliable, punctual and very good cleaning service.

house cleaning
+ -1 morewe used spotless planet for approximately 18 months to clean a small condo building. at first, they were excellent. the cleaning was really well done. over time, i felt that the quality of the cleanings were diminished. it just didn't seem as good of a job as was done before, to the point where some of the other units mentioned it. also, i found the scheduling / bookkeeping to be inconsistent. i would be told that the cleaners were coming on day X and it turned out they weren't able to (for whatever reason) -- i was irritated that i would have to reach out to find out information from the proprietor and not the other way around. i would ask follow up questions and i felt that i didn't get type of responses that i would expect (like -- did you really come on day X - did i over pay for this month, etc.)? in terms of quality, i guess it's pretty bad when you're not even sure if they cleaned the house from one day to the next. when i decided not to renew the contract i was never even asked why i was leaving.
