Description of Work: Rob came to give an estimate for painting, patching, etc. of my rental apartment, after responding quickly to my call, which i really appreciate. He explained what he felt was required, he was professional, polite, helpful, and I got the feeling that he'd be very easy to work with. The detailed estimate arrived in my inbox in a flash. He seems to be meticulous and is obviously proud of the work he does- with no subs, which is another bonus. I can see myself using him in the future.
