Kim's Cleaning Service LLC

The service has been on going for like a month now. They just come like every 3 days. We've never had any complaints. We just started with them now In mid August. They have the keys and just go in and do it when we have guests staying. They are always punctual, we've never had an issue with that. They are always professional, they are easy to get into contact with. We needed them in an emergency when we first started with them and they got in right away. Its just been a smooth shift so far.

There were 3 women who came to the house. I asked them to concentrate on the kitchen cabinets in the kitchen and the ceiling fans, which they did. They also changed the sheets on the bed and asked if there was anything else I wanted done. They brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They were professional and efficient.

I found her on Angie's List and I have been with her for over three years. She comes every month. Her price depends on how many rooms she cleans, but it usually is $100 or more. It is no more than $100 and she is here at least two hours or more. She comes by with two people and she comes herself. Once they damaged something in my home. Sometimes the girls that come are not the same girls. She replaced the items that are broken. The girl that was with her at the time, it was her first time at my house. She got rid of the young lady and the girl is not working for her anymore.

They g ave a quote on the phone and charged what they quoted. They gave a thrity minute time window and were on time. I was able to schedule for the next day after my call. Did a good job cleaning with everything spick and span. I like that they bring everything they need. Only had to supply paper towels. Would use again

Called them a week in advance and after speaking with them, I was called back and told they have no openings. We were seeking a whole house cleaning of a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in Livingston, NJ, in preparation for new tenant. House is in excellent condition, well maintained, clean condition -- Never rented before -- Not a grueling job. They appear to have lots of positive reviews but they are most likely a small team and your scheduling options will be limited.

Service not bad, just more of a light cleaning. Some areas were not addressed in terms of dusting or being wiped down. Was not expecting a deep clean, but something more thorough.

Kim's service did an excellent job. The three women were thorough and not in a hurry. Each task they did was done thoughtfully. There was no rushing around trying to get finished. When they finished, Kim asked me how I liked the place. I was able to look around and not find anything that I would have done differently myself, especially picking up things and cleaning under them. Wood floors were very clean, as was the vacuumed sofa. She also charged extra to clean out the frig, but it was so worth it -- it was gleaming afterwards. I'll be using Kim's service from now on. I only gave a B on price because I just wish things were cheaper. But the price was reasonable -- our apartment is 1100 square feet and 1 and 1/2 baths.

Everything was great and my sister appreciated their professionalism and their hard work. She was very pleased.

Staff arrived on-time in a branded vehicle bringing all tools and products. Cleaning completed to a high standard quickly and efficiently. Where an additional room was identified as being outside the scope of the original quote we were consulted and informed of the additional cost ($25) before the work was done. Very happy with the service and are considering using on an ongoing basis after move-in.

Kim & her team are a great! We were hosting a party for the fight Saturday night, May 2, 2015. With Tax Season just ending (i'm an accountant) & our everyday life with a 3yr old, it's no surprise I was minuet! I contacted them thru Angie's List messenger on Thursday & after 1 or 2 brief first time client phone calls, Kim & crew arrived promptly Saturday morning With a "where shall we start?" attitude. We had a ton of errands to run around town. We were not far from home at all, still on local streets. However it took longer than anticipated. Kim called upon finishing cleaning, but we arrived about 15 min late back home. She was as sweet as can be about having to wait for us! Also, my third bedroom did not require cleaning forblack of use/furniture. Without me having to ask, Kim immediately swapped not having to clean that room for the extra add on of one deep clean item we got. Fair trade! The end result, she was accommodating, very thorough, timely mannered & just absolutely amazing for the saving my day & me a backache on Saturday! The house looked & SMELLED great! My stand up shower was see thru again! Lol ?

Professional, punctual, polite, efficient, and very thorough. The house interior looks and smells great afterwards every time. You wouldn't know that we have four dogs living under the same roof!

Excellent! Ladies are professional and provide complete service. They ask that you check their work before they leave so as to provide you with complete satisfaction.

The service worked out well. There were no additional costs on top of the $130 Big Deal purchase price. They came out within two weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. I think they did an adequate job and I do not have any dislikes. I actually had used them again.

The teamed arrived on time and they were very friendly. They provided all the cleaning equipment and supplies except for paper towels, which was very helpful. They ask me to check things before they left to see if any areas was missed. I would definitely recommend Kim's Cleaning Service to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning.

Kim's Cleaning Service has always done a fantastic job! They do a good job cleaning and they always show up on time. The price is reasonable for our size apartment.

It went very well. She was on time and very courteous. Kim was very professional as was her helpers. She brought with her all her cleaning supplies and if you wanted her to use a cleaning product you had she was fine with that. It has been a very pleasant experience. Kim's a happy person and I plan to continue using her service every two weeks.

Kim's Cleaning Services staff is very polite and professional. They have provided excellent service in cleaning my Mom's house since May 23, 2012. My mom was so pleased with the service, that she recommended Kim"s services to her pastor and friend and they were very please with her services, as well. First contacted them using their online website request as to which I got a call the next day. Setup an appointment which they said they would call back and verify the date was ok (which was weird I thought because don't they have an appointment book or something to tell me right there and then on the phone?). But whatever I waited for there call and they never did call me back. I just ended up going with another Angies List service which gave me great service all around. Obviously some people have received better responses from them as you can tell from the reviews but this is one Angies List subscriber that you disappointed.

She was very clear about what services would be provided and her team has always completed their assignments.. Her staff is professional and polite. Their work is excellent! They are helpful and easy to work with. Kim is very accessible and always helpful. It is a pleasure to work with this company.

Arrived exactly on time. The service was amazing! I was going to have my bathtub re-enameled- now I don't need to because your company got it that clean!
