Kim and her team are professional, reliable, and fast. They're great with my dogs and always a pleasure to have at my house.

It was very good. It was for a rental unit. They did a very good job. No complaints at all

Didn't go so well. They told me both on the phone and in person that the cleaning included mopping the floors. I explained that I have wood floors and that they only need to swept and swiffered. Instead, they used Murphy's on my gorgeous, shiny floors and a few hours after they left the floor was very, very sticky and very dull. I spend the entire evening on my hands and knees re-cleaning my floors. It was horrible. They cleaned the window sills that had the curtains open, I had to asked them to open the curtains and clean the other sills. They missed a bunch of surfaces when dusting. Basically, this was the worst cleaning experience I ever had. I was charged $160 and I feel like I took a bunch of $20 bills and burned them in the fire place.

I've used Kim's Cleaning twice before and both times they were very good in every way but the price was quite steep. I felt like it is worth the good cleaning. I called again last week to get another quote since it had been one and a half years since the last time. It seems as though the price has gone up quite a bit, more than is possible for me. This is too bad because they do quality work, are very nice, punctual, and very careful. What I especially liked both other times is that they washed the floors as well as vacuumed and dusted, and Jersey City is very dusty. I wish very much that I could hire them back but unfortunately, it's not possible.

They showed up with three people. It was very professional and very quick. I like the idea of more people and fewer hours rather than fewer people and more hours. This minimizes the time I need to be there. They were also very thorough with the cleaning. For bathroom they even cleaned old molds that I couldn't get out myself.

All the rooms were cleaned satisfactorily. The individuals who cleaned were friendly. I would use this service again in the future.

They were very responsive to set up my appointment at my convenience. The gal who took the order was polite and thorough. She explained what services they provide. We agreed upon the services and I was able to get an estimate for the services. They confirmed my appointment and the owner and 2 employees showed up on time. They did a careful job. They worked hard and completed all aspects of the job. I was very happy with the results. They followed up to see if I was satisfied with the services. Well done!

Service is great. There are 3 of them coming and did a very good job , cleaning the house. I am very happy with the results. Kim also checked in with me if they missed anything that needed to be done. Also they bring their tools and cleaning products . Thank you so much! I would definitely have them again .

Overall, they did an average job for more money than I'd be comfortable dishing out on a regular basis. Kim was professional and came to my home with two other cleaners. One spoke English well and the other didn't. They were more efficient than effective. They cleaned all of the agreed areas, but missed some core spots (e.g. dusting furniture, vacuuming a set of stairs, cleaning the hardwood floors under the couch). I'm slightly hesitant to call them efficient because they were almost double the cost of two other cleaners referred to me in the past.

The cleaning crew should up on-time and prepared to do the work. I have used other cleaning services in the past and few were able to deliver the superlative results as they have. Kim actually came with the cleaning team (2 wonderful ladies). My circumstances were a little different as I was just moving across the hallway. The day that I was originally had them scheduled to clean my new apartment, the contractor locked the apartment and I had no key. They were so pleasant about the last minute cancellation and I rebooked them to clean my old apartment instead. As I had not removed everything out of my kitchen cabinets I asked if the cabinets in my new apartment could be done instead and they were! After the ladies were done Kim came back to inspect. I was so happy with their professionalism and how they worked that I am going to book them to clean my new apartment every month!! I recommend them highly!!

It was okay, but they didn't complete the job. I paid extra for them to clean the refrigerator and it wasn't cleaned. They said that the next time they came out, they would do it. But then, I found another company that would clean my whole house for about half of what they were charging. So, I won't be using them again. They were supposed to clean the inside of the refrigerator and the oven. The inside of the oven was not cleaned. There were little pieces of charcoal or something. I was wondering where all that smoke was coming from and now I know. Because I paid extra and it was a new home cleaning, I thought that they would have wiped down the window sills and got rid of cobwebs and some other stuff. But, I still found all of those cobwebs and the window sills not wiped down when I was there in the house later. It's a big house. It's just me. So, it took a while to check on everything, after they were gone. When I go to another provider, it costs $94 to do the same job, without paying extra for a new home cleaning. They were on time. The owner was very professional. The workers didn't really do what they were supposed to. The owner came out and there were two workers. But, she didn't work. She didn't stay the whole time. She just checked in and left.

Everything went very well. Kim's cleaning service arrived on time and started their services immediately. Once completed the house looked clean and smelled great. Once the work was completed I inspected and everyhting was to my satisfaction. Also, I was appreciate the company coming out to provide great service on such short notice, so, thank you.

They did a great job (the place was a mess before!) Best part was the customer service..,, calls beforehand to confirm, call afterward to find out if I was happy with the service etc. Top notch. Professional.

I bought a Deal to have my house cleaned by Kim?s Cleaning services and was extremely pleased with the services. Upon arrival, Kim, accompanied her workers on this first visit and brought two others with her. They began immediately, using their own equipment and products. I showed them the areas to be cleaned and she proceeded to direct her staff and to clean my house. The Deal was to clean 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, and common areas (kitchen, dining room and living room). I turned my dining room into a den and used one-half of my living room as a dining rooms, I asked her to clean the den as one of the bedrooms and then a bedroom on the first floor. Kim?s services were excellent, her staff was professional and thorough, and my house sparkled after they left. They cleaned the kitchen by cleaning the microwave inside and out. They cleaned all the granite countertops by removing everything, cleaning those items and placing them back where they were. They cleaned the large appliances on the outside and they cleaned the stove surfaces and the front door. I had recently done a self-cleaning myself, but afterwards. I did not clean the window of the door, but Kim?s staff did! They mopped the ceramic tile floor of the and cleaned the glass kitchen table. The chairs are heavy wrought iron, nut the staff moved each to clean and mop afterwards. In the large bedroom they cleaned the wooden floors and dusted the room which desperately needed it. They even made the bed! They cleaned the glass shower doors, mopped the marble floor, emptied garbage in every room they cleaned. They did an equally thorough job in the living room (dusted leather sofas), dining room, and den, which included both vacuuming and cleaning carpets and wood floors. The most impressive thing they did for me was cleaning my wooden floors and restoring them to their original beauty, as one of the best features of my townhouse. I was amazed because I took great pride in my floors but I had been unable to restore them once I ran out of the cleaning agent recommended and sold by the company where I bought the wooden floors installed by my contractor They showed me how to clean the floors myself without leaving product residue on the floors. I was more than grateful! Now, I have used other cleaning services and they did a poor job . For example, the owner cleaned with the crew but left mop stains on the base of my furniture; left residue of peeled paper towel on the floor of the shower and failed to dust all of the furniture. Upon leaving, this other company not affiliated with Angie?s list or Kim?s services, left sneaker prints on my wooden floors before they left! So in conclusion, I was so satisfied with Kim?s Cleaning Services that I asked them to come back to clean for me regularly (and they gave be a nice package for that) and I recommended Kim?s Cleaning Services to two others in my community.
