Description of Work: They did a terrific overall job. In addition, there were a couple of areas that were more "grubby" than normal, which I thought might require an additional fee for "deep cleaning". However, they cleaned those right up. My landlord was very pleased, and provided me with my entire security deposit back.

Description of Work: We have Kim's crew come in for a general house cleaning every two weeks. They get the bathrooms and floors and dust... All the stuff we don't do on a daily basis but want done. They do a good job, are on time, and are flexible if we need to move the date or need to have them finished by a certain time. All in all very happy with the service!

They sent four people for the cleaning. They were pretty good. They were agreeable. I felt they could have done a slightly better job than they did. Overall, they did a good enough job, so I asked them to come out for the second time.

Great. For extra greatness tell her what your want (other places in the house that you want her to clean) besides all other cleaning.
Description of Work: She did a good job with the cleaning and is very professional (attentive and responsive). The best part are there are two of them working (made it easy and quick) and they brought their own house cleaning equipment. She is very knowledgeable about what best for cleaning.

As mentioned above,great. She has her rules as to how she does things which is to your and her benefit.
Description of Work: Kim is extremely professional and punctual. She makes sure things are on time and if not- calls to make sure that if she is early or late that you know. Very flexible. Spotless cleaning and she also cleaned my new apartment and did above and beyond what I would have asked her to do ie. clean the walls down because I had the floors sanded. She also had to clean very filthy windows which apparently been neglected for years. My move out apartment was the next job and it was a mess- and she organized the mess and clean around it. She also cleaned my oven and left things quite good. I noticed that I didn't have my refrigerator cleaned out and therefore wasn't cleaned. So, I learned that she won't clean something if it has clutter or stuff left in it. She also was nice to tell me she couldn't clean my old apartment before i moved out which makes sense now- but it would have been silly for her to clean around stuff before it was moved. I was very nuts with this move!! She was polite and clear why she couldn't clean it. Of course, it made sense.And she didn't charge me for the inconvenience of coming unnecessarily. Once I finish unpacking I will have her come on a more regular basis. She is great and manages her business well as she does her cleaning. You're in good hands with her !! Robyn

Kim and her associate were pleasant, courteous and professional, and did an excellent job for what I think was a very fair price. I definitely intend to use her service on regular basis to assist with the maintenance cleaning that we never seem to keep up with because of our busy schedules. Speaking of busy schedules, I had to reschedule Kim twice - once on pretty short notice - and she was both understanding and responsive (she answers emails promptly!). Honestly, I can't imagine how spending $90 - legally, anyway - could possibly have made me happier!
Description of Work: After a protracted move-in during which we had boxes stacked up in unoccupied rooms for much too long, we really needed a heavy-duty cleaning. The job included heavy dusting, a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and 1-1/2 bathrooms, dust-mopping/washing of all wood and tile floors and vacuumming of all rugs in multilevel townhouse (approx. 1,200 sq. ft.) that includes two staircases, two bedrooms, a large living area, the kitchen and bathrooms.

Kim and her staff did a great job cleaning our house. Our bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. They vaccumed and cleaned floors, stairs and over furniture. They brought their own supplies which made it easier for me. The house had a nice scent when they left. They clean our place on a weekly basis now. I would definitely recommend them. They do a fantastic job, they are professional and on time.

She brought her own cleaning suplies which was a nice touch. Cleaning my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. I don't think my stove has been that clean since I moved in! Also cleaned my freezer! Would definitely use again.

They we're excellent. They came in and asked me to be specific as to what all I wanted cleaned. They were extremely professional. I have a large 1br apt and they cleaned every room. Scrubed the bathroom tub, floor ad sink. Moved my couches and rug to clean under them. They cleaned my entire hardwood floors. They also cleaned my kitchen along with a few dishes. They were superb. I would recommend them to anyone. And they were also on time which was very important to me.
