Kim was nice and came on time. She came there with one more person to help. While doing a walkthrough we both agrees that the house will need a deep clean which was charge an additional 200$. I was ok with it because like I said the house was a mess and I would pay any money to make it clean. It took approximately 6h for both of them to clean the house. I was in rush so after looking around quick the place look cleaner and smelled good. Week later me and my husband finally moved in. And I have to say how disappointed i was to discover that the house wasn’t as cleaned as I thought. The Kitchen was disgusting. And I’m totally aware it was hard to be cleaned but that’s why I paid someone to do it. I took me long time to clean the cabinets and floor but I did it. So it was not impossible. Which makes no sense why I spend 515 dollars for cleaning which I needed to do by myself anyway. In the beginning I didn’t want to bother with the review but today when I wanted to put my stuff in the closet and I wiped the shelf beforehand, it was so dirty that I decided i should let people know about my experience. I emailed the cleaning service with how disappointed I am but never heard back. Maybe they are good for a regular cleaning of an already cleaned place but my house was not cleaned as I expected to be after paying the price.

Can't say enough about how great this housecleaning service is! The customer service has been really great from my first inquiry through to getting the job done. They have a website, great email communication and easy payment method online or in person. The staff is super nice and they did a very thorough job. All around an A+ experience

I had just visited relatives for a week and was expecting house guests after that and had just one day in between -- a Sunday. Kim's Cleaning's office manager was very responsive in arranging a time on Sunday (which I hadn't really expected would be possible), and kept in touch to confirm arrangements while I was traveling back. Kim and an associate arrived promptly and had the house looking really great in two hours. They were very pleasant, and good at figuring out what needed to be done. They also checked with me on what I wanted, and afterwards on whether I was happy with what they did. It was a good experience.

Rep called me, gave me a price over the phone without even seeing my home. It was more than double what I am currently paying. It was more than double what every other company who actually came to my home and saw and gave me an estimate.

It went extremely well. She was thorough, professional and pleasant. I will definitely hire again!

Kim's did an AMAZING job on my place! It's been about 5 years since I had a cleaning service and I had contractors tracking crud through my apartment recently, so it badly needed attention. I had Kim's do a deep clean plus baseboards and they did a fabulous job. You can really tell they paid attention to the even the smallest details. A quick run down of what stood out: - cleaned soap scum and water deposits off clear shower doors so they are now spotless - wiped down all based boards including behind 2 couches - cleaned under both couches - managed to clean the water marks off my stainless steel dishwasher, which I've never been able to figure out - cleaned the microwave - cleaned the hardwood floors that were filthy from contractors - they now look brand new! - dusted EVERYTHING - including my bike!!! It was fantastic to come home to a spotless apartment! I definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

The crew arrived early and both were very pleasant. All cleaning was completed as promised.

Kim and her staff were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning an apartment after it was vacated by tenants. They did a thorough clean out of the refrigerator and oven, which were filthy as well as cabinets and the rest. I will definitely hire them again. Courteous and professional!

Kim and a colleague came, stayed for some time, and did their usual excellent job. They are good to have in the house and very thorough.

Called Kim's on rather short notice right before Xmas holiday. Cleaned today. A friend went to check the work. He described the apartment as looking "spiffy" and sent photos. Excellent job. Easy to pay remotely.

My apt was very challenging. I just moved in and this place was a mess. My refrigerator & stove looks brand new. I don't think my landlord will replace it now because it's so clean. My apt was dusty & it had a funny smell that no one could explain & now its gone. I could tell they cleaned with some kind of bleach in my bathroom because my tiles aren't orange & molded in the corners no more but I don't smell it. When I say not a single trace of dust is anywhere in my apt I mean not even on the ceiling fans. I'm beyond impressed with their service & was moved to tears when I saw the after. Kim's Cleaning Services is a class act hands down. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services. And

Not as thorough job as I thought would be done.

I use cleaning service 2 - 3 times a year for mine and tenant's house. I have tried a couple of other cleaning companies in the past, but I was never happy with their work. So I decided to try Kim's Cleaning Service this time after reading a lot of positive reviews on Angie's List. I am really glad I did. 3 days before the date of service, they sent me confirmation email about how much it would cost to clean 2 bathrooms, kitchen and stairs. Also included was the detailed list of what's covered and what's available as extra service with additional cost. It's good that they provided the quote in advance, because other companies charge by hour and I ended up paying (I mean "wasting") a lot of money. On the date of service, 3 people came on time and started cleaning right away. They were fast and professional. After they were done cleaning, I checked to make sure they didn't leave out anything. There was really nothing to complain about. Overall, I am very happy with their work. Especially my bathtub and shower doors are very clean now - far better than I expected. Thank you, Kim. I will definitely hire them again.

We were closing on our home and did a final walk through an hour before and saw the seller had left it a mess. We called at least 5 other cleaning services but no one would come on such short notice until we called Kim's Cleaning Service. They had no problem coming within the hour and gave us a thorough breakdown of each room and everything that would be cleaned. Kim showed up on time and cleaned the whole house for us (3 floors!) and her price was very reasonable. Kim was friendly, professional and made our new home look amazing! I would recommend Kim's to anyone and will definitely be using her services again.

cleaning was very good; have different 'crews' that come; Kim herself is great; have used them for over 2 years; last time 2 weeks ago there were some odd things noticed and questioned them; i thought they would be happy to know and at first when i reported they seemed thankful and even got a phone call. Then after I said that for the next appointment that was coming up, there was 1 member of the 'crew' I would not welcome back in my house. I got an email saying they would no longer service my house. I was shocked and asked for a phone call. I did not get a response at all. So warning to others - just pay and don't point out oddities (which had nothing to do with cleaning but my personal items and being in rooms that were not part of the cleaning)! i am so disappointed.

Went great, Mechell at the office was responsive and in touch. the crew was on time and did a great job. they even got the ceiling fans and door jambs. Our house looked great before having a house full of guests. will definitely use them again.

They were a really good company to work with. I think there were three cleaners and they were nice. They asked where to go and they did the work and did it really well.

There cleaning was subpar. They barely cleaned the bathroom sink faucet and didn't touch underneath the soapdish attached to the wall.

KIM = AMAZING!!! Kim came to my apartment on-time with a helper and ready to work this past Saturday. They are very professional and also have a good sense of humor when my little bird flew over her head. :) But I can not stress enough how hard these ladies work.. My apartment came out spotless and the inside of my refrigerator looks brand new. Everything smells soo pretty and clean!!! I am a very happy customer and they are worth every penny!!! I really appreciate the attention to detail that they took.. I will definitely be hiring them again. Thank you ladies!!
