Kim's Cleaning Service LLC

I had to argue with her staff to get things cleaned. Her staff refused to do some jobs and said they could not do them. The job I requested was to use a real mop with real soap and water to clean a patch of our basement floor. I had to say If I can do that job you can do that job. Why would I have to argue with a cleaning person? Why would they say it's impossible to do? They finally did clean the floor but the relationship soured. I dont want to feel like an ogre for asking Kim to do what she should have done in the first place without the resistance. I had to sever Kim's cleaning because I dont feel like arguing with someone to do the job I am paying them to do. and that is NOT "a-Grade" work

Her customer service was good. She was nice on the phone. It was a good and fast service. She is not bad, it was just a little more pricey than other places.

They were really great. They showed up on time, did more than they were expected to and stayed longer than expected. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing. First time since moving in I felt my house was a home. My child came in from school and exclaimed..."Oh my! This is amazing!

There were two girls, and they brought their own cleaning products and supplies. They were good, but they didn't do exactly what I wanted them to do. They cleaned my dining room, which has wall to wall mirrors and a glass table. They did a good job on the mirrors, but the table was not done well. I had a lot of stuff in piles and they had to move everything to clean. I asked them not to put cleaning products on my bronze pieces and they were good with that, but then, I don't think they dusted them at all. I would not use them again in the future.

I just had a very bad expereince with a highly rated company that charged me close to a small fortune, was in my small apartment for 7 hours and the bedroom had not even been touched. Floor not mopped. i just was too exhusted being home for 7 hours wih one worker, and i was advised to tip 15 or twenty dollars on top of the expensive rate. When the worker was gone, she took one of my wool new Polo top. She was late 20 mins too. She did a good job, but who cares after this? Had to watch her like a hawk which i did not. Mistake. After this incident, i was trumatized and waited. i thought i give Kim a try. She asked how many bed room do i have...., one bedroom. She quoted 100 dollars. I thought i will give her a try. She emailed me to confirm the appointment 2 days before hand. She showed up with two workers on time and in a little over two hours, tthey were done. They did not go into my closets which the other cleaning person did. Kim Workers were proffessioal. Kim came first to look around and ask what is important to me. She came back later to walk through, to check and make sure i was happy with the work. And left. i was not drained. i worked at home and can't have workers hanging around for seven hours or more. I can't go around keeping an eye on them too. This is how i like things done. Proffessional, honest, and efficient, i had used services all my life, different format. And i find this the best. IN-OUT. if i want super specific detailed job like the closet, i will hire them just for that. i have never had anyone go into my closet in my 30 years of hiring workers. I was so overly grateful because i was so fearful of another bad experience.

Kim came to my apartment initially to look it over and give me a quote. She was on time and professional. HOWEVER...the day that she was supposed to come with her cleaning lady, she called me to confirm the appointment in the afternoon AND NEVER SHOWED UP! NO CALL, NO NOTHING! People beware!! This lady is riding on her previous A's and needs to be watched. It's one thing to do a lousy job. It's quite another NOT TO SHOW UP! it's a day later. I thought maybe she had an accident or something. Never heard from her.

I e-mailed Kim's service and she gave me a quote over the phone. She asked when I wanted her to start and what days were convenient. Kim Is also very flexible, she did not make me feel pressured into a contract or commitment to a certain number of days. There was also no huge first time fee that many places charge.

Kim's cleaning team does a great job cleaning my apartment. They come now every 2 weeks to clean, and it helps me so much. Their scheduling process is very efficient - we communicate mostly via email and text, and they are prompt to return messages. The ladies are nice, punctual, do a thorough job, and are friendly with the dogs. They always remember when I've asked them to clean something in particular, like the fans. Kim herself checks their work, and she is very detail-oriented and conscientious. She noticed I didn't like the smell of the cleaning products they used the first time, so the next time they changed the product to one I liked much better, and they've remembered to use it each time since then. Overall great job.

They did a typical cleaning. They had very good reviews on Angie's List. They were a little pricey.

I first contacted Kim's service through phone, but had much better luck through email (which I prefer anyway). The appointment set up process was quick and easy. Kim and two of her crews (Maria and Kate) came on time, bringing with them a complete arsenal of cleaning supplies. Very professional, which I didn't expect. They quickly assessed the space and Maria + Kate started cleaning right away (all rooms: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms). They were done in about 3 hours. Given how messy my place was, they were very efficient. The only thing I would ask them to do better next time is to clean the surface of the cabinets in the kitchen (especially the one above the stove). One more very important thing that Kim did was that she inspected her crew's work at the end, and encouraged me to do the same and to let her know if things are not done correctly. This shows that she's dedicated to her work and really care about giving the best service.

The cleaning itself was fine, but I fired my last cleaning woman for not taking greater care when cleaning the apt. I admit my place is tight quarters but that never warrants banging a vacuum into furniture which leaves chunks/dents everywhere and then breaking my belongings.

We called Kim in a pinch for Holiday cleaning before the Thanksgiving holiday. Kim and her crew showed up on time exactly as promised. They did a wonderful job and we are now using them on a weekly basis.

My regular housekeeper had an emergency and had to cancel on a short notice. I found Kim's Cleaning Service on Angie's list and requested an appointment. Kim responded right away and we were able to schedule an appointment later that week. Our situation was pretty complicated as we had guests staying in our apartment while we were out of town. We needed to have the apartment cleaned prior to our return. Kim's team handled the situation perfectly considering they were not familiar with the apartment and nobody was available to give them instructions on site. They came in while we were still out of town and followed all the instructions they received on the phone. They did a wonderful job and really helped us out. It was such a relief not to start with cleaning as soon as you get off the plane and walk in the door with small children. I would highly recommend that company. Thank you very much!

Kim's cleaning service came to our townhouse and did a deep cleaning and then a couple of weeks later, a move out for us. We couldn't have been happier with the results. They were courteous, on-time, professional, and the end results were remarkable. My only regret is that we didn't contact them earlier!

It didn't take them long to completely clean the entire place. They were clean and efficient, courteous, and professional and very pleasant in manner. I found them eager to please. Will use them again in the future and would recommend them to any one.

I contacted Kim on Monday and set up a time for her to come in on the last day of our lease, Friday. She was super responsive via email and answered all my questions. I explained we would be completely moved out and just needed the deep clean. On the day in question the crew came when I was at work, but when I stopped by later to check the apartment I was very impressed. Everything was spotless: from the tubs to the fridge. I am incredibly pleased with the work she did and will definitely consider using her again, maybe on a more regular basis.

My agent told me that the house looks 200 times better then what it was and it smes really nice. she is so please with Kim job. She even ask her for the business card so she can recommand her to the next client. I am impressed, she was on time, she return all the cars. She is on the top of my list to call for my next house cleaning job.

She was very good but a little expensive. I stopped using her service 2 months ago because of the cost. I used to spend $150 on each visit. She used to clean the entire house. She used to bring her own supplies and was very professional. I thought the way she ran her business was very good.

Very good! Very flexible with the schedule; I have used the service twice so far and Kim was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of contacting her. She dropped off two workers (and picked them); when dropping them off she went through the house with me to get any special instructions from me. When she picked them up, she reviewed their work and asked if I had any concerns/missed items. On the second visit, she called ahead of time to let me know she was running late (which I didn't mind at all, as I had only made the appt 2 days prior and she was fitting me into a very tight schedule!). Kim is also very responsive very email. Cleaning was thorough, everyone was nice. Price is extremely reasonable for the size of the home. Will use the service on a bi-weekly basis going forward, and for additional cleanings as well!

They were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and were incredibly flexible when our closing time got pushed back a few hours (delaying their start time, so they had to work into the evening)... and we moved into a beautifully clean house the next morning. They were great!!

She is extremely professional, honest, and GOOD. I will be seeing her on a monthly basis.

We are talking about housecleaning, so there isn't much of a story to tell. She comes to the house. Since she has cleaned the house a number of times already, she knows where everything is and she is already friends with the dog. She and her workers do their job, they ask me to inspect, I pay her, and I have a nicely cleaned house.

This was a great experience. Kim and her crew were thorough and very friendly and considerate of my personal items at all times. If I asked for them to pay special attention to an item or to treat it in a certain way they did so gladly. As for punctuality, Kim e-mailed to advise she might be detained, which I respect in a professional, but actually arrived within a short time of our scheduled appointment time so there was no problem. I was even able to continue my own work during their time at the apartment, which was great for my purposes. I will recommend Kim and her services to friends whenever the need arises.
