Kim's Cleaning Service LLC

A friend recommended Kim's cleaning service and I couldn't be more pleased. They were 10 mins early. When they were finish,I was shocked when I saw how different my place looked when I got home! Everything was like spotless and I don't think I could have cleaned it that perfectly. My dog didn't seem to mind them and she's a stickler I tell ya! They were very polite and professional, will call them again soon and highly recommend them!!!!

Kim had told me that the hardwood floor would be cleaned with a specific cleaner, wooden furniture would be cleaned with Pledge, and non-wood would be cleaned with Windex. I was promised a good, deep cleaning. The girls left, and I gave them each a tip. About a day later, I realized that they had not used the cleaning product on the floor. I spilled and wiped up the spill, and realized that the floors will still filthy?they had just used a Swiffer. Then I realized that they hadn?t dusted either. I then started looking and saw that on my L-shaped sofas, in the space where the two sofas didn?t match up, had my dog?s toy was stuffed in between. My dog?s bed wasn?t in the right place either, and when I lifted it up, there was a huge unsightly gouge in my hardwood floor, where they had tried to drag the sofa and had ruined the floor. I called Kim and said what had happened. She came, herself, with an employee. Her response to the gouge in the floor was ?I am embarrassed.? She did clean the floors with the proper cleaner and the furniture with windex. But she didn?t clean the kitchen counters or stovetop. The second cleaning from her was free, but she said nothing about repairing my floor.

Well. The used too much detergent but we talked about that and it will be corrected. Other then that, we are super satisfied

The cleaning team do an excellent job and they are very professional. I am able to call at the last minute and they fit me into their next open slot. I call them at least once a month. I am thrilled to have found them on Angie's List! Thank you

It went very well. Within 3 hours all three levels were vacuumed, dusted, washed,etc. The cleaning was meticulously done.

It took only 1 day for Kim to come to our home and assess the job; I was provided with a fair quote but also realized that Kim was the only company I inquired. I reached out to other companies to compare both price and responsiveness...I am still waiting on 1 company to return my email inquiry and the other charges by the hour which I feel is ridiculous. I am so happy that I went with Kim's Cleaning Service...her professionalism from our first walk through of our home resonated through her staff members and delivered a fabulous, jaw dropping job! We plan on using Kim's Cleaning Service going forward - The service is undeniably fantastic - You won't be disappointed!

The Ladies arrived on time and then the team leader asked me to give her a walk thru. Once we completed the walk thru she began assigning areas to her team. The four Ladies went to work in their assigned areas. They were very thorough. As each area was completed, the team leader would ask me to review the area to ensure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. The only area that could have been cleaned a little better were the jets in the jetted tub, but since I did not notice that until after they had left, I cannot hold that against them because I am sure they would have re-addressed that area had I asked. The Lady cleaning the living room even wiped down both interior and exterior of my Mahogany door. When they were finished, not only was house clean every room smelled fresh. I meant to ask the name of the products used because they left such a pleasant aroma. Yes, I would hire them again when the need arises (special occasion).

Upon my first contact with Kim, she was extremely nice and answered all of my questions and was able to get me scheduled for my cleaning right away. I was moving into a home, so I wanted her to clean before I moved in. So the home was empty. During our first phone conversation, she ensured me that she along with 2 other girls would be coming to clean my home. We set up for her to call me between noon and 2 on the date of service which was 9/1/12. I was not in town, so I gave her the phone number of my family member who lives 2 miles away. On the date of service, she called me and left a message at 11am saying that she couldn't get in touch with my family member, so we would probably need to reschedule. I immediately called her back (5 minutes after listening to the message b/c I had to get a hold of my family member first) and she said she was already heading in the opposite direction. I expressed to her that I really needed her service since I was on my way from out of state with my family and moving truck. She hesitated, but said she would turn around. When I arrived at my home later that evening, I saw that the house was not cleaned thoroughly. The freezer had spills from the previous resident (she told me she would clean the in side of the fridge/freezer), there was carpet fresh and dirt sitting on top of the carpet, the bathtub was gross, and the den didn't appear to be touched. My 1 and 3 year old ran around on the wood floors for 5 minutes and their feet were filthy. I called her back and told her about my findings and she told me she could come back a couple days later (b/c it was a holiday weekend). On this phone call, she admitted that she had to step out to do an estimate for someone else. So her workers cleaned and she came back to do a quick check. We ended up having to stay with family for several days until they came back out to re-clean. Had she told me on our original call that she would not be present (and cleaning) while the cleaning was going on, then I wouldn't have hired her. In the past, I've always had problems when the owner is not around and they just let their workers clean. I think she was too focused on the estimate (potential business) that she didn't give us the best service that we deserved. She did come back with her workers and they cleaned the areas that were missed. My husband was there when they came back. He said that he watched one of the workers vacuum over an area of the carpet that was clearly dirty and she went over it about 5 times before the vacuum picked up the dirt. So it could just be that they need updated equipment. Even though I wouldn't hire her again, at least she came back and fixed the problem. She was embarrassed that things happened this way.

Excellent service. They cleaned the place spotless. The previous tenant had cats and the place reeked of cat urine. They cleaned the grime in the corners and wiped down every surface. They also did the windows and appliances. I was very happy with the results, and will hire Kim again when I've moved in.

Great experience from start of conversation to the ending of the job. I will be actually scheduling service at another property as well

I ordered a discount service through Angie's list and paid through PayPal. I immediately contacted the cleaning service and informed them of the payment and Kim was happy to set up an appt for the following week after I explAined that I had family coming the same day. I came home from work to find he house looking all shiny and new again. The only problem I determined 10 days lare... They didn't dust the ceiling fans which I felt anyone could see had layers of dust on them. But, aside from that,the service I found to be very good.

They arrived on schedule. They were pleasant and professional, getting right to work. I was impressed with how much they accomplished and so quickly. I will definitely do business with them again.

They were offering a Big Deal. I needed them that week because company was coming the end of the week. They were very accomodating and did a nice job on the whole house.

I was very pleased with her service. They did a very good job, and I will call her again.

Overall, it went very well. This service has been more expensive than previous ones but we get much better service.

I found Kim's Cleaning Service to be professional and punctual, start to finish. I hired Kim and her team to do a thorough cleaning of our rental property after my family moved out. This included vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, cleaning kitchen appliances inside and out, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen top to bottom and dusting baseboards. The price was reasonable and the time estimated to complete the job was spot on.

I sent an email requesting that someone contact me from Kim's so I could set up an appointment for an estimate. I asked to be contacted after 7/5/12. To date I have not received any phone calls to the best of my knowledge as there is nothing on either my caller id or voice mail to indicate contact was made. Hense the negative review. I am not sure at this time that I really want to continue this request as I do not have time to wait for people to get back to me. I was hesitant in the first place but Kim's was rated so higly that I took a chance. Might have been a mistake on my part since I did notice that other folks had similar experiences but once someone did come they were very pleaseed with the service. If I am misssing some pieces i.e. contact was attempted I would be happy to reconsider.

Kim visited to see what needed to be done, then she returned with her team. When the ladies were finished Kim returned to inspect the job and to meet with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the service.

On May 17, 2012 I contacted Kim's Cleaning Service for an estimate and scheduling of a cleaning of my house. After several emails with the office manager I still had not had an approximate estimate. The last email on May 17 was an answer to her question and was not responded to by Kim's Cleaning Service. I decided that I would give them another chance, so I called on 6/6. I left a message and recieved a response via email later that evening from Kim herself. betweem the evening of 6/6 and the morning of 6/7 we scheduled an in home estimate for 7pm on 6/7. Kim prompted me to give her all of my contact information and I made sure to include my cell and home number. Evening of 6/7 7pm comes and goes. I wondered what had happened. I then decide to check my email. I notice an email from the office manager time stamped 6:15pm asking to reschedule. I understand that Kim was busy at another appointment. I have no problem with this. I feel that a phone call should have been made to me instead of an email. I have decided not to reschedule as this was the second chance I was giving this company. I worry about the strength of their customer service. As I said to Kim in my response to the reschedule, if her customer service is this bad with potential customers, how bad will it be when I am actually paying for the service. Kim seems like a very professional person, all correspondence that I have had with her, has been easy and informative, it is my opinion that she rethink or retrain her office staff. They are not professional in their responses, they are not clear in their questions, do not respond in a timely manner and are not an asset to her company.

The problem is that I contacted Kim's Cleaning Services as I was reading Angie's List. I contacted Kim and stated that I was on Angie's List. I asked her about her servies and she sated thta the servives would be $75 for three hours and it would be an additional charge when it goes over three hours. I stated that it would not take three hours, because my mother's apartment is small and not messy. I also mentioned that my sister and brother-in-law was there to clear things out and did lite cleaning. I would like to note that I really don't remember if Kim stated she would get back to me or I stated I will contact her. I contacted Kim a couple of times via phone and then I e-mailed her via Angie's List site 5/29/12. My family and I wanted my mother's apartment to get a thorough cleaning. I hope I don't run across this problem with companies on Angie's List, since I had to pay for this service. I must admit I also Googgled "housecleaning" and found another service free of charge. A good thing about Angie's list is that company's can't pay to be on their list. I also like to note that Kim was pleasant over the phone. I don't have any hard feelings towards Kim, I just like to post my experience. Again, things happen. I am back on the website looking for a cleaning services.

Have been cleaning my mom's house for over a year, have been very good the whole time; after pointing out things, they might have missed they always address it with a smile. Planning on using them for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the cleaning job the two ladies from the Kim's Cleaning service performed The ladies were very friendly. They were also very nice to my son. This was the first time we used the housecleaning service, and we are very happy that we decided to do it and and chose Kim's Cleaning Service. We just wished we could afford this service every week...

I was very skeptical about using a cleaning service but have been happily surprised. I spoke with Kim who was very professional and nice. She sent me a team of 2 ladies to clean my apartment. They arrived on time, were very professional and nice. My apartment was cleaned in about 2 hours and it was done very well. I look forward to becoming a long time client.

Well Kim is the owner and she managers and supervises her people and she always comes to visit. The first time to check out what your story is. Now she is pregnant right now so she is not as active, but when I first used her I was moving out and moving into this apartment. Moving out of another bigger apartment. She did that clean out which was very good and she also even told me not to take her right away because I hadn't completely finished moving out. She said don't have me come until you are completely finished because I can't really clean. So she didn't take advantage of the situation and I like that and she came to the new apartment and she really cleaned amazingly and she was not expensive at least I think. It was a very thorough cleaning of this apartment because it was filthy to move into. She did the windows and did a thorough cleaning of all the walls in the apartment and she really did more than I even expected and she charged me $125 maybe. So it was reasonable, it was ridiculous. She didn't say: well we have to do this, she just said this is what it will be and that is what the price was. I actually recommended her to some friends and she is working for them now and they have a big house and she is doing work for them. She is very good about supervising her house. She does take feedback well. I didn't like something that one time they came and they were a little bit not as careful, but she was not there. I told her what happened and she was probably more upset with me because I didn't tell her from the go get and she said next time just tell me right away, but I just didn't do it right away. Since then, it has been perfect. She is punctual. She is very business like. You feel like you are in good hands. I would not feel uncomfortable with her or her cleaning ladies being there alone.

They were excellent, I would use them again.
