Overall I am satisfied with their job. However, there were lot of spots in the bathroom that was missed. I pointed them, they were more than willing to clean them.

I was astonished at how complete the work was done. Kim came with two other workers and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. Everything was cleaned including hard to reach items and very thoroughly. Kim and her workers were exceptional! My apartment hadn't been cleaned for over 6 months due to my regular cleaning person developing cancer and retiring. Kim listened to my do's and don'ts and instructed her workers accordingly. They spent about 2.5 hours here and wen't "above and beyond the call of duty". I was extremely impressed with all of the work performed. Her rates are great. Normally she would charge $100, but since this was the first time here, she only charged $85. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her service on a regular basis. HMG

I just had my first cleaning today. Wow! Kim showed up with her crew and they really did a great job on my Hoboken condo. They were efficient, friendly and asked me for any special requests before they started and again as they were getting ready to leave. Kim was ready to answer any questions and provided a little history about her company when asked. Her cleaning people are neat, friendly and very responsible. They worked around my cat with no issues. It is SO NICE to know that the service is bonded and insured so any problems can be dealt with quickly and responsibly. (Just to be clear I had NO issues or breakage and no nervous moments). Kim's office manager called this morning to confirm our scheduled time and again to tell me the crew was on their way. They showed up right when they were scheduled to be here. I'm looking forward to the next time they come. I will definitely be calling them again and setting up regular cleaning service. What a nice break for me. They took what would have been hours worth of work and basically gave me a day off. Prices were right in line with other cleaning services in the area (if not a little cheaper).

They were late but thorough. Nice and professional.

The team was professional, prompt and did a very detailed cleaning of our home! I plan to use Kim's services again

I had a fairly good experience with this company -- they were flexible in scheduling and did an acceptable job of cleaning my apt. They could have said they were running late (late by a 25 minutes or more) and two women showed up to do the job. They very fast, maybe a bit too fast, as they stuck to the basics. However for the discounted price I paid, it was worth it.

The cleaning service was very professional. The owner, Kim, came onsight to make sure the cleaning people knew what to do. Kim speaks enough Spanish to be able to communicate with her workers. I think there were 3 cleaning people she was managing. My whole house was super clean, even things I would not consider cleaning were cleaned and made to look like new (toaster, back spalsh). For her price, Kim and her cleaning crew can be trusted and they deliver!

Calling for the inquiry was easy and the receptionist answered all my questions. Making the appointment was extremely easy. I was given an arrival estimate of 8:30 am to 9 am. They arrived at 838 something I am not used to with other services who would should up very late or not at all. Kim and her team did a great job from start to finis. - on time, professional, efficient and very good. As this was the first time I kept the services list that I picked more basic. I was so impressed I'm ready to schedule the next appointment and add more services to the next visit. My house looks and smells very good - thank you!

I first contacted Kim about a year ago, right before we moved into our new home. As the floors had just been redone, the place was a disaster. She and her crew did a fabulous job! After a long hiatus, we have now contracted with Kim's service for regular scheduled cleaning services. Kim herself is very friendly and agreeable with respect to scheduling. The quality of the cleaning is excellent; the house always smells fresh, the glass surfaces are all sparkling, and overall everything is as it should be. I look forward to the day when her crew arrives! I have waited to write the review until I have used the service several times. While different people have come on different weeks to do the work, the quality of the work is very consistent. I cannot understand some of the negative reviews on this site. My wife and I are very happy to do business with Kim.

I hired this cleaning service because of reviews from Angie's List. How utterly disappointing. Before I hired them to clean my home (I have a 3 level condo), I outlined in detail what I wanted and expected in terms of cleaning. I was assured that all that I requested are things their cleaning service does, so I would not have a problem. Imagine my surprise when my home wasn't cleaned in the manner I expected. Three friendly women showed up, but yet my home wasn't thoroughly cleaned. And I'm not talking about crazy stuff, I'm talking about basic stuff - dusting, cleaning the corners of the floors (something I specifically mentioned beforehand). Vacuuming was carelessly done and corners not cleaned. Nothing was moved when they dusted (the dust outline remained around knick knacks), and, truthfully, I didn't hear water running once. Also, bathrooms didn't smell clean, and I have no idea what they used to clean them. They certainly didn't use the cleaning products that I gave them before they started, and that was the deal (I didn't want them spraying and wiping. I wanted them to use real cleaning products with water). Yes, I was there when the women were cleaning, but I was asked to move to other parts of the condo while they cleaned. Additionally, I was working from home that day, so I had to concentrate on my work. Plus, who wants someone hovering over them while they're cleaning, right? After they left, and after I logged off from work, I looked around and was shocked by the quality of their cleaning (or should I say lack thereof). I have to tell you, this is yet ANOTHER disappointing experience from a vendor/company I hired as a result of reviews / recommendations from this site. When my membership is up, I'm done with Angie's List. It's very obvious that I can't trust the reviews given, and quite frankly I don't even know if it's a customer giving the review. I say this because I can't believe people would actually settle for poor or mediocre service and think that what they're getting is, in fact, great service. I thought long and hard about giving this review, choosing not to give a review the past 3 times I got a note from Angie's list requesting that I do so, but I ultimately decided to give one because I feel as though it's necessary for someone to read an honest and genuine review.

Kim's Cleaning Service did a fine job. Their price and service were good and I had no complaints. With most cleaning services, there are often things moved about to places other than where you normally keep them, making them hard to find. This wasn't an issue w/ Kim's. I will use them again and recommend them w/out exception or hesitation.

2 cleaners and Kim arrived. Kim waited in her vehicle while the 2 ladies cleaned the house. When pointed out that some surfaces needed additional cleaning (like dusting window sills and vacuuming the sofa and chairs in the living room), they were very agreeable to doing so. They even cleaned one of the walls in the kitchen when requested, which was typically not included in the service. Some minor negatives: they asked to use our paper towels and trash bags when they arrived (I would have thought that if you are in the cleaning business you would bring these with you) and some of the cleaning was not that thorough (not dusting the window sills & not vacuuming the 2 pieces of furniture in the living room, leaving dust bunnies on the bathroom floor). I would hire them again.

The woman who is the owner of the company came to see their work. She was unsatisfied and re-did a few things. Overall I was happy with their work.

This is my second experience with this company, and I had insisted that a representative come to the home first to see what needed to be cleaned, as it was empty of furniture, but there were some paint fresh paint drips and drywall dust left on the flooring that needed to be scraped and cleaned, and I wanted to be sure they could and would do that type of cleaning. I specifically asked if the company could do this, and I was assured they could. I asked several times if the spots on the floor would be addressed, and was assured again, so I hired them. Just note, that this company does not readily return calls in a timely manner. For both experiences, it took a couple of days to get a call back, and we played phone tag trying to set this second appointment up, which was frustrating. The person who takes the calls always says, "I'll have to get in touch with Kim and check,? then it can be two to three days before you hear anything. As far as the completed work, well, let?s just say take the money and run. As I wasn't present when the vacant apartment was being cleaned, maybe I should have stayed. None of the paint marks or drywall drops were addressed at all, in any way. I specifically asked for this to be done, and nothing was. After a $50 tip over the $250 cost, sight unseen, as I had used them before, I expected a bit more. The bathroom cabinets in the second bedroom were missed completely, and there remained a ring of dirt in the tub. I found a wad of paper towels left on the window above the kitchen sink which was being used to clean the windows, and just left there. There was dust left behind the toilet in the second bath. I had to sweep the living room twice more and photographed the pile of dirt / dust left behind, and sent it to Kim along with a request for a receipt, as well as a receipt for the first cleaning, which I had never received. I got no response. So to recap, this company is ok for light cleaning / dusting, and the staff is professional. The scheduling is disorganized, and this company is no good for heavy cleaning. I will not use them again. The second job I hired them for was on Monday, and as of Thursday, I have no receipt or contact.

Kim and one of her staff members arrived on time. I walked Kim through the apartment, and they started working right away. The staff member thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, including the undersink cabinet and medicine cabinet as well as all other surfaces and then went on to thoroughly clean the kitchen. Kim cleaned the other rooms of the apartment. I chose not to pay the additional fee to have the refrigerator cleaned because I needed something to do while they were working, and all my furniture and belongings had already been moved out. Kim and her staff person worked efficiently for the entire period and allowed me to return a very clean apartment to the owners.

My whole experience with Kim and her services was phenomenal from start to finish. I called for an estimate and received an immediate answer, no "phone tag", as is typical. Then, after booking them, I requested an earlier time, and even though they were not even close by, they zoomed to me as soon as they were finished with another job. The crew was extremely friendly without being "talky", and Kim was just perfect - warm, accommodating, and in charge. They all spent a good deal of time and energy here, even though it was a flat rate. It was a thorough, meticulous job, EVERYTHING was sparkling when they were through. In fact, Kim asked me to look around and see if there were any missed spots. Well, I tried - I mean, really tried - to find some dust or dirt somewhere, but could not find ANY! I can't wait to bring them back, I wish every experience with a company was this good.

The crew was professional and pleasant from the beginning. The phone contact was professional and friendly, and the cost was appropriate for the job. The crew was on time and prepared with all materials, and did a very thorough job. When confronted with a particularly nasty fan hood over the stove, they did a great job cleaning old grease as if it wasn't there. I would gladly recommend them.

I called Kim's Cleaning Service roughly a week before Christmas 2012...maybe 2 weeks. I wanted an estimate for a deep cleaning and ongoing cleaning of an elderly neighbor's house. I take care of him and his house hadn't been really cleaned in many years. Kim was quick to respond to my message and came around 6pm after her work day within 2-3 days of my first call. She said she'd be abble to do both a deep cleaning with 2 people cleaning and than one person every month for ongoing service. She was friendly, professional, and appeared willing to focus on areas of particular need. Her price was what I expected it might be for this area of Jersey City. Neither too high nor too low. I made it clear that I didn't expect her to be able to make an actual appointment until after the holidays as I was sure she would be busy with her regular clients preparing for the holidays. She agreed and said she would call me after the New Year in order to set up an appointment for the deep cleaning and to set up a monthly schedule. It's the second day in February and I never received a call back from her. I admit I never called her back to see what had happened, but after a month I became a bit unsure and a bit uncomfortable about using her services after all. I don't really have any complaints about her except that perhaps the business end of her company isn't as organized as it should be. And with an ailing elderly man to look after, I need responsive reliable agencies to help me out. Perhaps I just caught her at a bad time. Who knows???

They were on time, very professional. Overall the two people that cleaned my house were good. They just did not clean outside of my refrigerator like it was stated, my office desk was not hardly cleaned and my fax machines were still dusty.

BUT....I found a large crystal, from the chandelier over our master bed, on my husband's nightstand. I looked at the chandelier and a total of four crystals were missing. I think I know exactly what happened...they most likely hit it while fluffing the duvet. It is understandable. I called Kim immediately, not even 5 minutes after she left. In the two phone calls I made NEVER did Kim speak with me directly. She was using her scheduling secretary to speak for her. She denied the incident. She said my teenaged girls probably did it and hid it. This makes no sense. I lay under that chandelier and look up at it EVERY night. I would KNOW if it was like that. And my husband would have noticed a crystal on his nightstand. I couldn't understand the denial. I have had things broken by service people in the past and they use their insurance to cover the loss. That is what the insurance is for. Accidents happen. Why someone would walk away from a thousand dollar a month account for a couple of crystals makes no sense. There is NO way I would ever use them again. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED. AND KIM NEVER EVEN CALLED ME.

Kim is extremely professional, as well as friendly and nice. She came out the first time to give me an estimate and find out my cleaning preferences. She then came the first few times that her team came to be sure that they were meeting her and my standards. She continues to drop by on and off, and sometimes joins the cleaning team. Lisa does the scheduling for Kim; she is very professional and responsive; we are happy that she confirms every time the team is coming, even though we have a standing appointment. Kim's cleaning team is great. They usually arrive right on time; they work quickly and efficiently. They do a beautiful job. One team member, Kathy, is there almost all of the time. She is professional, nice, hard working, and good at her job. We are always very pleased with the cleanliness of our house after Kim's team visits. We recommend them to others, and will continue to use them.

Wonderful correspondence , with flexible booking. I would recommend them especially with a deal too.
