They were very good but the prices were a little high. Everything was good, and they are very responsible and professional.

I needed them to come right away to do the work. They were nice enough to respond and come over quickly to get the work done. Unfortunately though they seemed to be in a rush and didnt appear to be very happy. They had a low negative energy.

Three ladies arrived as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning in a prompt amount of time.

3 women, including Kim, arrived at my home on time and ready to work. They were very polite and somehow managed to stay out of the way of myself, my husband, and my 1 year old as we ran around trying to get ready for the party the next day. They were really great. We had a flood in our family room the night before they came so when they appeared at 830am the house was in shambles. I was so stressed out that I couldn't even tell them where to start. They just jumped right in. I don't know how they managed to make it look so clean but they did :) I would definitely use them again.

Kim and her crew have dome an excellent job. She is reliable, fast, and meticulous.

It went well. Kim was very flexible and upfront in what she can and she cannot do. I would certainly work with her again.

It was okay, but I might want to shop around a little more because I didn't like their rate exactly the way it is. My house is not hard to clean, but overall they're pretty friendly. They're very polite and very professional. I was charged more than the deal because I requested for the baseboards to be cleaned, although it wasn't done correctly and they missed a lot of marks. I do want to see if I can get a better price because I do think it's kind of high for just a small area that we have to clean.

Kim's was on time and thorough. Kim herself participated as this was the first time I'd used her company. She was thorough and attentive to my requests. All in all she and her team did an excellent job.

The crew showed up on time, actually a little before I got there. The house was empty and I was given a quote over the phone based on what I explained. I told them they didn't need to do more than clean the two bathrooms well, the ceiling fans, the fridge, and the top of the stove. Plus they had to Vacuum the upstairs carpet. Kim, the owner was very nice. They did a really good job on the floors and the counter tops. Where this company failed to impress was they left ONE of the ceiling fans completely filthy. The top of the fridge was not touched, nor were the areas by the hinges and the floor that collect dirt and dust. I was given the opportunity to inspect their work, they were not yet finished with the kitchen when I arrived, but everything looked fine. They even used some CLR to get some rust staining out of the bath tub. I gave the crew a decent tip and asked them to lock up when they were done. I received a phone call an hour later from the land lord telling me the house wasn't clean enough. I had to go back the following Monday and clean the fan, stove, and fridge myself. I couldn't even argue with the land lord the misses were very obvious. Good overall job, poor attention to detail. I will admit I did not give them an opportunity to come back and correct the issue, but I don't think the amount of dust that was on that ceiling fan nor the debris on top of the fridge should have been missed in the first place.

I've signed a new contract which is pricier than the Big Deal. She is actually cheaper than the last big company that I used.

Dealing with Kim's Cleaning Service was a very pleasant experience. They were referred to me by a friend and when I called, I spoke with Michelle, their scheduler. It's a rarity to find a cleaning service that picks up the phone every time you call, so this was a pleasant surprise. They did not have my preferred time slot available but worked with me to find a convenient time. They quoted me a price of $85, which almost sounded too good to be true. I was actually a bit nervous that the price would change after the service was delivered (which is unfortunately the way some other cleaning services work). Michelle called to confirm the appointment, called to tell me when they were running late and to let me know they were outside. Overall, the communication was great. Kim arrived with two other women and my entire apartment was cleaned thoroughly in 1.5 hours. Kim was super friendly and asked me to check everything before she left. I didn't find anything else that needed to be done. Much to my delight, the price remained at $85. I will definitely call them again.

Very well. Kim, the owner, and 3-4 workers arrived on time each visit. They were as quiet as they could be, asked questions when necessary, and always did a very good job.

They arrived on time Kim was present. I had to pay extra for the kitchen cabinets to be wiped down. It wasn't worth it! I paid extra to have the hallway cleaned and the railings were not wiped down. I had to show one of the girls how to clean the tracks of the shower door TWICE!! They didn't clean the top of cabinet or shower door in bathroom. The furniture didn't look cleaned only dusted. I will not use them again.

It was good service. They came out the next day. I have a studio so I paid $85 instead of the $100 that they charge for a one bedroom. I was extremely satisfied. They were very responsive, they were easy to work with over the phone and they let me know when they were coming. They were very thorough in the cleaning that they did. I will continue to use them.

Though they were not able to find someone last-minute, it wasn't for lack of trying! They were one of the few services who answered the phone, and then they took down my information and called me back several times with updates about finding someone. I know that 24 hours notice for apartment cleaning at the beginning of the month is very hard, so I appreciated their responsiveness and that they tried so hard to find someone. I'd definitely call them back if I need that service in the future!

The girls were all very pleasant and wanted to please but I thought it strange that I had to tell them to roll up the rugs, clean under the couches and radiators and move chairs in order to clean underneath them. I thought this is something that all people who clean understand. Maybe they just wanted to finish as quickly as possible because after an hour or so, they told me they were done. I was quite shocked. They asked me to check everything because they wanted me to be satisfied. When I did, they had to do a number of things to actually be able to call the house clean. I also thought it was odd that they did not come with a bucket or paper towels. If you are looking for a basic surface cleaning then you will be satisfied.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We have actually used them before when we found them on Angie's List. We just found them on there so we took advantage of the deal. We don't use them on a regular basis, we've used them once or twice before. We asked them to clean our windows so they charged us an extra $50 for that. We used them one other time after that and I don't know if the owner wasn't there at that time but I could tell that it wasn't as good as when we were in the house with them because the second time we used them, we weren't in the house and I don't know if the owner was there supervising them so maybe that was the reason. I think the price was fair. If I need someone on short notice, I think she is pretty responsive.

I think KIM is very nice and did a great job to me. After I purchase a Big Deal to her I continue to use her service for almost a year. She cleans everything, She cleans whatever I ask her to clean. She came personally a couple of times and I would strongly recommend her to everyone but I don't really have to much time to discuss it anymore. If I have got a family member to take that over, I would have to continue to use Kim's Cleaning Service for much longer time. They were exceptionally proficient.

Kim, the owner came a few days before and assessed the work. I had just completed a major renovation and there was sheet rock and sawdust and general messiness. I needed every surface dusted and/or washed. The two polite, friendly women who showed up (exactly on time) did an amazingly thorough job. They were efficient and fast. They asked me to check their work before they left and, if anything was overlooked, I'm sure they would have taken care of it. However, I couldn't find anything but clean! The office manager/scheduler was also very helpful in setting up both the assessment and the cleaning appointment. She also called the day after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. I will use this service regularly. I hate cleaning and they're much better at it than I am!

This was our third and last time using Kim's Cleaning. We purchased a deal through Angie's List for the first cleaning, and the cleaners did a decent but not spectacular job. Communication via e-mail was prompt but a bit unprofessional. I was given a date, but I had to ask for an actual appointment time, and this was not e-mailed to me until the evening before. They got keys from our doorman, and we were not home while they were in the apartment, but everything smelled nice and appeared to be in order when we came home from work. Upon further inspection, however, there were several things that were missed by the cleaners. There was a bed-side table, dresser, and whole shelves that were not dusted. My boyfriend also noticed that the mopping of the floors was a bit sloppy and incomplete. He spilled a bit of water and wiped it up with a paper towel, and the towel was gray. Despite the problems, we decided to give them another chance. For our second cleaning, we left very specific instructions to please dust everything and thoroughly mop the floors, etc. They did a much better job, so we scheduled a third cleaning. On this occasion, we were not sent an appointment time at all, and the cleaners just showed up early in the morning, right as my boyfriend was about to get in the shower! Despite the inconvenience, he let them in and left for work without showering. When we returned home that evening, the apartment looked like a 5 year-old had cleaned it. The floors were sticky where they had been partially mopped and cleaner left on them. The kitchen counters and stove had dried-on streaks where a soapy sponge had clearly been hastily swirled over them, and the bedroom looked as if all that had been done was straightening out the duvet. It's possible that if I had called and complained they might have come back out and re-cleaned our apartment, but I'd really rather not have them back in our space after doing such a poor job. We do not have a particularly messy or dirty apartment, and we like to have a service come in monthly mostly to do the bigger tasks like mopping, dusting, scrubbing the bathroom, etc. We always leave a tip, too, but we will definitely not be using Kim's again.

They were great. The lady that came was on time. They were very thorough and very clean. They did a very great job. I've also requested a slight change to the order like I wanted them to add windows which wasn't part of the package and they did that. And it was a decent price, $35 for my first floor windows and I exchanged one of the bedrooms upstairs with having them do our front porch and they did that. No problem also. Kim herself came and did the assessment and gave me the prices. They were great. I really like them a lot.

They were very courteous and professional. Kim made sure we were totally satisfied their cleaning.
