Ms. Kim and her team have provided house cleaning services for my home for over 2years. This provider is punctual and does a thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, & bedrooms. Scheduling is flexible and she is responsive to feedback.

Overall I am very happy with Kims Cleaning Service. I have used several cleaning services in the past, including one that stole from me. For that reason I require that any cleaning service has the owner present when my home is clean. Kim is very understanding and accommodating. They usually have appointments available within the next week and arrive precisely when they say they will. They use less toxic cleaning supplies and always check with me before using something more harsh. The cleaning is perfect. Kim always asks me to check to make sure I am happy with rooms that have been cleaned. If there is anything missed, or if I ask for something extra, she addresses it without hesitation. I'm not sure what more you can ask for. The price is maybe 10% higher than I have paid in the past, but when I mentioned it to Kim, she brought the price down a little to help me out. Overall, I would say she does what she can to make the customer as satisfied as possible.

The first time they came in July, they did a horrible job. I called to complain that same day and they came out later that day to redo everything. It looked good, so i thought I'd give them another try. I called them in august and after the left they did an average job. Spots still on things and some things didn't even look like they were cleaned. The place did not look as good as it did when they came out the 2nd time in July to redo everything.

This provider did an excellent job. The team arrived on time, immediately started to clean the apartment. They gave me an estimate of 90 minutes to complete. I stepped out to run an errand. Upon return, the team was finishing. They completed the job early and I was happy with the final results. I would hire this team again if I was in the NJ area.

Unique went far above and beyond. She was very thorough and was definitely focused on what she was doing and she did an excellent job.

I used them then I tried another vendor. Compared to the other vendor they were awesome. They may be a little pricey but they are good.

Kim's Cleaning came after I had surgery and I knew I wouldn't be able to work on the house for a while. I felt very good about what they did and how thorough it was. The only reason we haven't had them back is that our house is quite big and their charges were high--not unreasonable for their work and time, but still a lot for us.

The crew was very thorough, polite, and professional. They made the kitchen look better than I expected it would given the state it was in which was a really nice surprise. Details such as high bookshelves, windowsills, and baseboards were not forgotten. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends and family. The price was a great value for the amount of work done. The only issue was that the crew was an hour late which does tend to happen with cleaning services. When I called they were able to give me an accurate time of arrival which was helpful.

I chose Kim's Cleaning because of the A rating they had on Angie's List. I was very very disappointed by their service. My fans and floors were still dusty.Thankfully I had someone at home to supervise their work. I wonder what would have happened if there was nobody at home. From what I hear, the ladies were not easy to work with. They were not proactive and had to be specifically asked to dust the furniture again because there was so much of a mess still left behind. I would not recommend them to a friend or use them again

The appointment was scheduled for between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. By 2:45 p.m. the cleaning personnel had not appeared and I had not received a telephone call from the company. When I called the company, I was told that the cleaning personnel were running late from another appointment and would arrive between 3:00 and 3:30. That is perfectly reasonable. By 3:45, the cleaning personnel had still not arrived. I called the company back and was told that they were having trouble finding my apartment. I was told that they had gone to another building with "327" on it. 327 is actually my apartment number and not my address. There are only commercial buildings in our area and no other residential apartment buildings. I asked if I could speak to them directly so I could assist them in finding the apartment building. I was given the cellphone number of one of the personnel and I called them. At 4:07 I called and spoke to one of the personnel and was told that they were in a parking lot of a hospital which was located not two minutes from my building. I gave them directions on how to come to the building. By 4:35 they had not arrived and I sent them a text message asking them if they had trouble getting into the building. I did not receive a response. By 4:45, I called the company again and I was told that the personnel had left the building. I was told that they had arrived, but then left because the concierge in the building asked them to park their vehicle in the service area on the lower level. I was told that the cleaning personnel had decided that it was too late in the day and they left. The owner, Kim, eventually called me and was apologetic and wanted to make the situation right. She informed me that she had not heard from the cleaning personnel and assumed they were at my home. I told Kim that I understood the situation, but preferred to have my purchase refunded due to the lack of communication by the company. I feel that if they were in touch with their company while in the field, the least the company could have done is inform me that they were running late, or that they were in need of better directions, or that it was too late in the day to complete the job, without me having to investigate the matter myself. I do not feel that their custom care or their customer satisfaction practices were up to par.

Nothing they turned down the opportunity to clean a apartment we had in which the tenants moved out. They left the place pretty bad and dirty but it could be cleaned after a good workout. The tenants smoked so everything was yellow and the walls too, but we are planning on painting and putting new carpet and appliances in. For some crazy reason Kim thought we wanted her to clean the walls? She thought we weren't painting. She turned down the cleaning job! I called back to say how can you turn down a pretty big job.

My experience with Kim's Cleaning Service was excellent. Kim came herself with a team of cleaners and they cleaned 4 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, a den, living room hallway and kitchen. They were fast, friendly and thorough. I would gladly hire them again and give them my highest recommendation.

For the most part it was fine.

Provider was very responsive in scheduling service. Maids were prompt and efficient at cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned my home. I have no complaints. I did think the price was a little on the high end, but they did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

Very good service. They were on timevand very professional. Thry were also on time and were flexible with Saturday appointments. I would recommend.

They did a great job answering all the questions we had about services before we hired them. They performed the services on an apartment for a tenant that had just moved in. The tenant was nit-picky, so the fact that I haven't heard any complaints means Kim's cleaners must have done a great job.

Had a Move In/ Move Out cleaning done. Staff was professional and did a very good job. I would recommend this service for your cleaning needs.

They were fast but the place is still dirty after they left. I won't use them again.

I thought they had done a great job but once my wife arrived she thought they missed a few areas. They promptly came back and cleaned the two spots that my wife was not happy about and left with a smile. Kim personally called my wife and offered to come herself to clean the floors if we were not happy. In the end I thought the price was excellent and the services were good.

I have used several different cleaning services in the area and they were, by far, the best service I've used. They sent a crew of three and they did a very thorough job with no instruction from me....even cleaning under my daughter's bed. We had a small scheduling snafu but the owner was very professional in how she handled it and in the end I was extremely happy with their service.
