Description of Work: I purchase a Big Deal coupon for $85.00 for Housecleaning. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath also to include living areas and the kitchen.I was informed that cleaning cabinets was not included and would be an additional cost.From past experiences with other house cleaners this was considered part of the kitchen and never a problem. I was the informed that because I had used their services before they would not honor this offer.When I checked the ad it did not say first time customers only.In addition because they had not been here for over 1 year it would require "deep cleaning".Do they really feel the house had not been cleaned since they were here last.I take acceptance to that. Finally the gave me a price of $150.00. I refused. I feel as though I had been subject to a "bait and switch con"

Description of Work: They were unable to clean after work hours or weekends. Because I live alone and work full time this wasnt helpful and I couldnt take of work to do it.

Description of Work: We really liked everything that was done for us. We had a move-in cleaning done, and Kim and her crew (she came in with 2 girls) did a pretty good job. They did everything that was expected and more. At the end of the job, we were asked to do a walk-through of the home and anything that we felt wasn't completed, they remedied before they left. Everyone was friendly and professional. They used their own equipment and supplies. They were a little late to arrive, but we were called in advance to let us know that they would be late. We will use their services again.

Description of Work: It has been nothing but fabulous. Kim and her employees are so professional. They have have cleaned my apartment 3 times and each time I come home amazed how clean it is.

I PLAN ON REGULAR SCHEDULED CLEANINGS- WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE IN THE PAST. OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH KIM AND HER STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE. IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE SEEN MY HOME SPARKLE AS IT IS NOW. FANTANSTIC JOB!!!!

Description of Work: Detailed cleaning including mopping, dusting, vaccuuming, washing dishes, couches (cat hair removal), all surfaces wiped down, bathroom and kitchen fixtures cleaned beautifully.
