+ -1 moreA number of years ago my steps going up to the porch were disproportionate in distance from one step to the. When stepping on to the porch was like mountain climbing. Sometime I had to grab the odor to pull me up to the porch. Since Key Z Construction did tile work for me and did such a great job I called them about Masonary work and was told they also worked with concrete. It took 2 days to perform a miracle.. When the job was complete I was shocked at what a finished job they had done. My steps are up to code and bring out the beauty of my home. Anyone reading this I would hire this company again.I can't express my joy in paying for a job that was so well done.
Description of Work: Prep work area for new steps, Lay new set of red brick risers with added riser, Fill in void with concrete mix, Lay new Limestone treads on brick risers, Modify and install existing iron railings, With hammer and chisel open cracked concrete for repair work, Clean and prep the opened areas for repair, Fill in opened cracks with special mortar mix, Sponge finish filled in areas for finish look, Clean and remove all from work area.
