 + -1 moreThese guys don't have any sense of schedule. First time it was scheduled, guy didn't show up at all, when I called up the office, they said they are backed up. Eventually someone showed up after 2hrs late and he didn't perform the job, he seemed lazy and said it would take more time and asked me to reschedule. Then I called up the office and rescheduled it. When the day came for the next appointment, again no one showed up, when I called up the office they had completely forgotten the appointment. It is horrible.
Description of Work: I had few issues with my house electrical setup.

 + -1 moreI was having trouble with the electricity cutting off to part of my apartment - including my AC. I called another electrician in town since the first time this happened was on a Saturday and the electrician my building uses doesn't work weekends. I got the run around and they didn't show up when they were supposed to. I had the building electrician out the following Monday. They didn't fix the problem and weren't available when the power went out again the next Saturday. I called Haddad first thing Saturday morning and Nick was at my apartment by 10:30. Nick did a much more thorough check of all of the outlets and connections in my apartment. They determined it's probably an issue with my AC and told me to get that checked before having them do any additional work. In the meantime they're ordering parts just in case it's not the AC and they need to come back out. They were super fast, super professional and I really appreciate that they didn't want to do a $500 repair until we have ruled out the AC as the problem. Haddad is now my go to electrician!
Description of Work: Power to part of my apartment kept going out - including the AC. I needed someone who could come out on a Saturday.

 + -1 moreIt went well. Nick came and gave us a good estimate, found a way to do the work efficiently and without unnecessary rewiring. During the work, his crew discovered a dangerous bit of wiring that has been installed by the previous owner. They replaced two shoddy ceiling lights in the basement and cleaned up the bad wiring. The price was fair and they did not try to upcharge us in any way. Nick returned on the day of the inspection to give it all the once over to make sure everything would pass. He was thorough and engaged in the project.
Description of Work: Replaced four circuit breaker boxes and moved 60amps from the lobby box (commercial rate) to home box (residential rate).

 + 0 moreI had already set up most of the work the only thing that needed to be done were the connections to the wires. I even had my ladder set up. I was not confident enough to do the job on my own but had pretty much put together the chandelier and prepped the wires. The two contractors that came to my place were very courteous and explained everything they did since I was curious. When I called I spoke with the owner and he quoted $125/hour which I thought was pretty reasonable. Since I had already set everything up they were in and out in less than an hour.
Description of Work: They installed a chandelier in my living room.

Someone finally called me around noon to ask if 1 PM was okay, as though it was all right that I took the morning off work for nothing. I ended up using them anyway because I just wanted to get the work done. They then obviously dawdled for an extra ten minutes so that they could charge an extra hour for the work.

Description of Work: Nick came to look at my partially completed complete renovation when previous contractor failed to deliver after stringing me along for months. The apartment had been a disaster. 14 bags of debris had been left by prior contractor. The materials I had purchased for the job were in complete disarray. My new hardwood floor had been left uncovered and months of sawdust and tile dust lay thick in the apartment. I had several contractors look at the job, but given they did not know the quality of the work previously performed and were starting in the middle, no one would touch my job. When I reached Nick, in search for the electrician who had pulled my permit, he said he could help me. He and Jose looked at the job, priced it out. I am doing many high end things: a wall toilet with a tank in the wall and electric flush, very high end Porcelanosa tile work, and was installing frosted glass sliding doors and LED-panel backlit onyx. Nick and Jose cleaned up the site and kept it clean. They produced a tremendous amount of work in a short period of time, tearing down many of the old structures that had been inadequately built, tearing out old uneven floor from prior contractor, pulling new permits, getting a very high-end look, and figuring out unusual scenarios with ease. The prices are not the cheapest, but very worth it for the quality and integrity of the work. Highly recommend these guys. They answer their phones, they produce what they say, and they do it with quality.
