+ -1 moreHaddad sent someone out the same day I called. A part was needed, so repair was made the next day. Overall, a positive experience. We've used Haddad before, and will continue to do so.

+ -1 moreDid NOT GO. Called several times to get a quote. The office manager appeared to have no idea about the project. Said they would come on Saturday, which I refused as I did not get a quote. He asked me to call back for a quote. Next day I call back and he asks again if I want them to call Saturday. I remind him I want a quote and then he tells me I should call him back again. Now 2 months later- still no quote, no call......................chaotic and disorganized . would NOT recommend
Description of Work: The workmen showed up. Took a look at the job, said it would take a few weeks to get to us and then never got back in touch.

Description of Work: diagnose problem with water coming from behind toilet....valve issue. they were fast and professional.

+ 2 moreThey came on time for most of the jobs and completed them. I recommend Haddads if you live in the area and can have a face-to-face discussion with them. They were not always responsive and needed to be reminded to stop by. So if you live in the area and can personally pester them, they are effective. My experience is that they are especially good for small jobs.
Description of Work: Haddads came to clean a drain and realign the faucet so that the drain stopper would open properly. Also, for $425. we had the grout at the top of the entry steps redone so that there would be less leaking in the exterior storage area below the stairs. And, for $250 we had 2 holes drilled into the brick of the side of the exterior stair in order to put vents in so that the storage area under the stairs would not grow mold as it was doing.
