Sergio and Erika are very easy to work with and very professional. They showed up on time and worked diligently. Sergio did a very good job painting my wall and I would re-hire them for another home improvement job. No complaints at all and fairly priced. I highly recommend their services.

The only reason I gave 1/2 stars is because 0 stars was not an option. They seem professional at first meeting but that is where it ends. The first thing to go wrong is lateness and then simply not showing up at all! They were given access over a weekend as asked "to finish" the job, but there was little or no evidence of any work when we returned. When they did finish the poor work quality and sloppiness were so unacceptable that I refused to pay them another dime until they came back to address the issues. The job was to replace a section of ceiling in my loft, I could see every seam and mound of plaster, there was not one flat or even section. The painters got paint on all of the fixtures in the bathroom, covered nothing during the painting. What was worse was the argument I got defending the work! They came back and tried to repair the bad work, but as expected did a very quick and careless job. On the surface with a quick glance the work is passable, upon any close examination anyone can see the horrible quality of the work. One of the areas to be have the ceiling replaced was a walk in closet, they did not even tape and sand the seams, just slobber on some paint and move on, it's a closet..right! NO it's my home and I paid to have quality work and all I did was get ripped off! I don't know where thy got their 5 star ratings, maybe relatives? Just STAY AWAY!!

They fixed our deck when and how they said they would. Perfect. Pleasure from start to finish. Nice, polite, on time, always answered the phone, reasonable cost, cleaned up everything afterward. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Our experience with Frascino Construction was great from start to finish. In addition to repairing our porch which was in pretty bad shape, we also had two concrete steps replaced and cracks in our foundation repaired. All of the jobs were completed perfectly. The price was very competitive. We would definitely recommend Franscino Construction to anyone, and would most definitely use them again.
