Consumer Carpets

My experience with CONSUMER CARPETS was average to satisfactory -- somewhere in between there. Probably 3.5 stars out of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful, at the beginning. They were willing to work with us time-wise and were quick to respond with an estimate. They took care of all the paperwork ahead of time. But we had some issues with leveling the floor. We felt that the leveling should be included in the overall price. We ended up using them for only half of the work because of them and used someone else for the second half of the job. They definitely worked hard the first day and did good quality work, but it came down to a pricing issue. We couldn't afford additional fees to complete the job, so we went with someone else. If you need a straightforward job with someone who can respond quickly, they'll do a fairly good job. But if there's any issues or more complications, you might run into some issues with them, as far as how their pricing works. They were cooperative. We canceled the contract, but they were responsive with the process and able to work with us.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY DID REALLY NICE AND NEAT WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK AND WE ARE HAPPY.

THE COMPANY IS REAL GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE CARPET IS WORTH THEIR SERVICES. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO.
