He had no intention of showing up to the appointment! He childishly argued every small detail, would not take accountability for anything, and didn’t even bother showing up! Waste of MY time"

After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"
