Both the person on the phone who scheduled the visit and the plumber who did the work were courteous and professional. Plumber showed up promptly, was clear in explaining my options, and did the job quickly and neatly.

Spoke to Ben on Monday and we scheduled a time for him to take a look at the job. Basically, my kitchen sink had clogged and plunging it brought up black dirty water. Took apart the P Trap and that's when the drain line broke from the connection in the wall and literally came off in my hand. Upon inspection, it looked like the drain pipe in the wall had corroded and had very little of it's threads left. Because the pipe went behind the cabinet and was embedded in a wood lathe plaster wall, I knew the work was beyond my skill set and available tools. Plus there was very little room to move around. Ben showed up at the appointed time and assured me that they could re-tap (re-thread) the pipe without having to install a new one. We agreed that he could run a new PVC drain line (my preference) to the existing sink. However, since I wanted to replace the sink with a better faucet and a deeper bowl, I asked for an estimate for a sink replacement. I added that I would pick up the sink, faucet and drains. He agreed to give me a quote by the next morning. Got a call from Carmine around 11:30am and he quoted me $595.00 which I thought was reasonable. We scheduled the work for that afternoon after 2pm. Got a call from Ben who showed up with Danny just after 2pm. They both worked for over three hours straight and even when they encountered a problem with another corroded pipe below the floor (it's an old house) they definitely turned to and took care of it by cutting out the old sections and replacing them. I was highly impressed by not only the wonderful workmanship, but the great can do attitude and professionalism by Ben and Danny. For a change, it was nice to just watch the experts work! After the work was completed, they actually left the place cleaner than when they started...imagine that! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the near future. Ben actually mentioned an issue with the water inlet valve coming from the street being a gate valve which can freeze closed. The issue is compounded by the fact that both valves on either side of my water meter appear to be the same type. This was mentioned in passing by another plumber so I am definitely heeding the warning and will probably replace them in the next 3 months.

They promptly got back to us. They came when they promised and they did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. They were very professional.

Initial visit occurred within a couple days of my first phone call. Subsequent steps were timely, considering how small the job was. The work was finished today, within 18 days of first contact. The valve was installed because of sewage outflow from the basement sink near the end of Hurricane Sandy. It was by far the easiest and cheapest way to solve the problem, and I was happy with the advice, the ultimate solution, and the price. .

The first time the project didn't go as planned but they came back out right away and fixed it right away. I couldn't be more pleased.

The experience was bad. Unprofessional , and rude. I didn't let him do the work.

This plumbing company was excellent from the beginning. Carmine answered the phone himself. We agreed on the date for him to come over. I was apprehensive from the start but at every corner this company performed superb. Finding the problem fast, repairing it fast. Price including the new part not outrageous. I was apprehensive based on the previous plumber who had let a week go by between consultation and repair and then another week for the new part and then never really fixed the drip from the faucet. Carmine runs a 'best in class' company. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Very friendly and responsive staff took my call. I was able to get an appointment soon after I initiated contact. Father and son performed the work. The work went well, and has not needed correction. I will be calling this provider again to do additional work.

They were prompt, polite, professional and fixed my toilet with no drama. I will certainly call them again.

I called and spoke this morning with Carmine, Sr., explaining that I was uncomfortable trying to tackle opening up 2 in-the-wall AC/heating units and cleaning the filters. He was able to find time for me today, which was phenomenal as I had taken the day off and was already at home. A family company, he son arrived later in the afternoon. Fixed the problem and also gave me a straightforward heads up on a few more potential issues.

It went extremely well. The service person was knowledgeable and completed all of the work in a short period of time. I was very happy with the service that I received.

The services provided were excellent. I recieved very quick responses from Carmine when contacting him regarding the problem. Carmine's staff were professional, they called on their way over to my apartment, and they promptly corrected the issue. I was dissapointed the fix was so simple (I probably could have fixed it myself) so the price was a bit shocking for about 15 minutes of work, but I was pleased with the service so I can't complain.

I sent out an email on Angie's List requesting a Water Heater estimate. Carmine called back that day and we spoke about the procedure as it wasn't just a normal replacement and asked me to email him photos of the area. I sent those photos a couple of days later and he had left me a voice mail after that. I returned his call but when I called back he was unavailable and was told he'd call me back. I never heard back about the work I wanted done after this point and went with another company.

Called for an estimate. Gave me a 2 hour time frame to wait for him to call me that day to let me know the time he will be here. I called another company and the owner came right away for the estimate and got the job done right then and there! I was kind enough to call this company back to let him know that someone came and got the job and to cancel our appointment. Got a call back and he yelled at me for giving the job to someone else. Excuse me?!! Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unrealistic.

Carmine arrived promptly and was able to correct the issue within an hour. So far, there are no problems and I would highly recommend Carmine in the future!

I spoke with Carmen to schedule the appointment for a rental property in Union City. He was very courteous and helpful with getting the appointment schedule ASAP. I had a special billing circumstance and rather than billing my tenants, he sent me a bill in the mail. I was glad he could accommodate my situation. I will definitely use them in the future.

Provided the best quote and was able to replace the water heater on the same day. I was incredibly impressed. We have a central water heater for our entire building so we required a commercial water heater. The only concern is the person over the phone is a little old school and his comments may seem a little rough. All together I was thoroughly impressed and his service and timeliness was excellent. His quote was definitely the best as it saved us about $4k compared to the first person who tried to rip us off. I will definitely use him again for future work.

Great service - Called and spoke to someone at around 11am. Carmine (Jr?) + 1 arrived at 12:30 and did the job in 30 minutes. They recommended cutting away all of the old fitting and replacing it with new as this would last longer and also allow me to connect in my icemaker without having to use the screw in kit provided. I took the suggestion and now have a professionally fitted icemaker and no old leaking copper pipe. I expected to pay between $150 and $180 - the price, $145. I wont hesitate the next time either I or anyone I know needs a plumber - Carmines it is

Once the company had sent out a man to look over the job, their whole attitude seemed to be they were doing us a favor just talking to us . They never kept their commitments to either call or to come. I finally got a call from Carmine on Feb 21 asking when we would be home. I told him no thanks.
