My overall experience with American Roofing and Contracting was amazing I called on Saturday and my roof was repaired the very next day and they did an excellent job and they cleaned up after they were finished. I would totally hire again and recommend to others.

John contacted me immediately after I submitted the request for quote. I explained the issue we were having and He came the very next day, inspected and confirmed all, and did the work. John was very courteous and professional. The price was right and I will be calling on him in the near future to more work for us.

I appreciate John's promptness - they took a look at our roof the same day I reached out (Friday), and were repairing it by Saturday. Their work seems good, and we hope to work with them again.

I had a rather small roofing job that involved replacing a piece of missing soffit. I'd been contacting other roofing specialists since April. April, can you believe? And it was now August. Anyway, John responded within minutes of being contacted. We set up a next-day appointment, and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I have no qualms about recommending American Roofing and Contracting for its expertise, its professionalism, its courteousness, and its enthusiasm.

Very reliable. I haven't had any leaks or issues. They followed up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. I am having gutter guards installed next. Would definitely recommend.

John and Robert were quick to respond on a Sunday. Both were courteous and professional and performed roof repair in a 3 hours. He showed me before and after pictures of the repairs and installed a new attic fan.

I needed an emergency roof repair before the upcoming rain and John and Robert came right over and completed the emergency repair promptly and professionally. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

This man JOHN is a con artist. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There are many roofing companies with similar names. His is American roofing AND CONSTRUCTION he took 4500.00 for ruining my Terracotta roof by piling buckets of tar on it to stop leak. i now have to pay thousands to get it fixed. After weeks of thinking I was waiting for him to get tiles,( i had plenty of spares so i should have suspected something, he informed me they did not make them anymore. Then realized he cashed my check before completing job! I called, texted but no reply until I complained on this site. He argued with me that he charged me for an emergency call???? not true. Another company had it controlled until I contacted him a couple days after i called my insurance. Finally John and his men showed up and we continued to argue about his lying. example: the amount of time he spent here and the materials that he used that flew off my roof(except the tar that remains), the check, the extra taxes he took in cash that exceeded the law and so much more including him embarrassing me by asking if i was interested in having dinner with him, then asking about having a friends with benefits relationship and he is married! I have all the proof via texts, other roofers damage estimates, witnesses, recording. to top it off while agreeing to fix my roof and take down post and fix the damage , refund 1000. he left without his men fixing anything. all he cared about was the post!!! he tricked me and ruined my home. he also insulted me by implying i wanted to pocket money. how can i do that when he has it and how will my roof get fixed? 347-413-33** for more info. - Bette

The owner, John, called us right away and came within the hour. He and his son did a great job that included a warranty of 10 years on the work. He also offered us a very good deal on total roof repair. John also does other types of work, and we discussed other projects with him. These men were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend American Roofing!
