+ -1 moreThey arrived a little later than planned, but this turned out to be a good thing for us, allowing us time to pack a few more things and get ready for their arrival. I have used Alpha twice now, and both times, the crew foreman has been excellent. Once they arrive, they get right to work. They are very careful and although moving seems chaotic, they do a very good job of removing some of the stress. I will use Alpha for my future moves.
Description of Work: Alpha packed some items we had not yet packed, bubble-wrapped and blanketed furniture pieces, and loaded everything into their trailer. Then carried in all boxes, unwrapped and positioned furniture, and took away their waste.

WE LIKE THEM BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY TALK TO A PERSON WHEN WE CALL, AND THEY GIVE OUT AN EVALUATION RESPONSE CARD FOR US TO FILL OUT WHEN THE JOB IS DONE.
Description of Work: THEY MOVED US INTO TEMPORARY HOUSING UNTIL OUR HOME WAS FINISHED.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD PREVIOUSLY MOVED ME ONCE BEFORE. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME DISTANCE AND AMOUNT OF FURNITURE. THREE GUYS CAME, ONE LOOKED HIGH ON SOMETHING. IT TOOK HIM OVER AN HOUR TO DISMANTLE A BED. THEY DELAYED THE MOVE LONG ENOUGH THAT IT ENDED UP COSTING ME TWICE AS MUCH. I HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS.
