+ -1 moreMy roof was leaking on a rainy day. I called and left a message to Al. He did call me back. Instead of offering me much needed emergency repair services. He gave me a big attitude and lectured me why he wouldn't come out because of the rain. Don't advertise for emergency roof repair then.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Al worked by himself, so has quality control!! He came out to look and did the job within 3-4 days from the time I contacted him. We had used him before. He not only put the torch down roof on, but before that could happen, he pitched in and removed a trumpet vine that had grown on the roof and pruned the apple tree that was hovering over the roof.
Description of Work: We needed a rubber roof on our 3 car garage, Flat roof, paying close attention to the brick parapet at the front of the garage.
