Took longer than original scheduled. The gas pipe was not installed correctly and require to re-install.

When we moved into our new house in December 2018, we had no idea what to do with a whole-house generator. We called RE-Lite for help. They came out and did a whole maintenance service for us, along with teaching us how the unit worked and what we should expect. They walked us through the whole process of having a generator. They could not have been any nicer. Rick is always extremely responsive, and we've had fantastic service each time someone has come out. We liked them so much, we now have a three-year contract. They also have great no-contact options during COVID, including spraying down their work with Lysol. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs service. They are polite and professional, and offer a great value for your money.

This is the second stand-by generator installation I've used Re-Lite for. The experience was (again) borderline perfection. The Re-Lite team is knowledgeable, transparent, responsive, and courteous. And the entire process was seamless - despite the same obstacles and surprises that any significant home improvement project will invariably present. I recommend that every homeowner invest in a stand-by generator. And I unequivocally recommend Re-Lite to any homeowner considering such a project.

I requested several companies to provide a quote and a potential plan. The job of routing a gas line into the house was not straight-forward and the ReLite representative provided a confident, reassuring, feasible plan. The initial quote was not the lowest but after some negotiations, they matched the lowest quote and I awarded them the job. They obtained the necessary permits and all I had to do is go down to our town hall and pay for them. ReLite was professional, timely, and thorough. The workmen were gentlemen, When inspectors had issues, ReLite came out and mitigated the issue so that it passed inspection.

Installers were knowledgeable and professional. Workers arrived when scheduled and when weather prevented them from working outside, they called to cancel the appointment.

They were fast, friendly and punctual. When they said they would be there, they were only minutes off. The job didn't start when they said it would as the town delayed permits (which I confirmed) and weather. I was so happy with them I hired them to service the generator. Lastly, they didn't let me over-purchase products, They talked themselves out of a bigger job as it was more then I needed.

Install went well. Minor existing problem with gas line was brought to my attention and addressed quickly. Re-lite ran into some issues with equipment but quickly solved the problem. Overall very happy with the work. Have not had a the generator need to turn on yet, but i'm confident that it will work when needed.

I live on a street where the utility wires are overhead with many large trees often causing electric outages. Last winter when we had 4 Nor'easters in March, I lost power several times, and my portable generator did the trick, however the constant need to refuel was simply becoming a nightmare. So my wife and I bit the bullet, and decided to get estimates for a whole house standby generator. We spoke to several contractors, and we were very comfortable with the proposal from Elliot of Re-Lite. They handled the application for the permits, and the installation was done very professionally to code. Ironically, about a week after I received final inspections from the Town, we lost utility power, and the generator performed flawlessly. I recommend Elliot and Rick without reservation.

Overall I am very happy with the work Elliot, Rick and their team did. Both were very responsive to e-mails, and their prices were very competitive. I ended up going with a 22kw whole house Generac generator. Their whole team was very responsive and professional with getting everything setup and installed from running the gas line to running electrical to testing the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Went great and I received outstanding service.

ReLite was professional and efficient. They came out and inspected our area to make sure it would fit and see if there would be any problems (there weren't). We got the permit from our town, then they came out as scheduled and got it installed. We had one small snag that resulted in a conversation with the owner and the need for a follow up visit to get the unit operating but it was all handled well and to our satisfaction. We have not needed the generator yet, but they did exactly what they promised for exactly the cost.

I had received several estimates before choosing to sign a contract with Re-Lite. Their price was much more fair and reasonable than the others that I received. Rick from RE-Lite and his crew installed a back up generator in our home in 2013 after Hurricane Sandy. The installation was perfect and they also upgraded our electrical panel at the installation. Obviously a stand-by generator is a commodity that many very well-qualified companies can install and service. But the professionalism and responsiveness of Rick, Elliot, and their entire team is what sets them apart. Re-Lite's commitment to service is unparalleled. Both the original install and two minor warranty issues that have cropped up after the install, were handled quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me and my family. And during each, Rick and Elliot were sure to be in constant communication, explaining all the ins and outs of the process. I've enjoyed working with them thoroughly, and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Went amazingly well. Elliott and Rick are first class professionals and this was the second time we were using them.(we moved) They walked us through how the process would go and what it would entail. it was a decent size job since the electric meter and gas meter were on opposite sides of the house. The star of the project was the electrician Ed who couldn't have been nicer and more hard working. He did the job solo for the most part and was always punctual and neat. Re-Lite is an A+ organization all around. I'd highly recommend them.
