It went great - no complaints.

Showed up two hours late, however, did complete the move on time, this was a small move over a short distance. However, I was told that I would need to pay with either a bank check or cash. I had a bank check for $1045.00 based on the estimate provided by the mover. The final bill was $850.00. So I gave them the bank check and expected to have the difference returned via a check. I'm still waiting. I've called several times, get a different excuse each time.

,At the condo, where the van was to be unloaded, it was a nightmare. At one point, a mover ("Ringo") stood on the van with a box of cookbooks. The carton was breaking at the bottom and he yelled at me. He simply dropped all the books on the floor of the van. My efforts to find out WHO was supervising the project so I could get him to take charge of the employee, were unsuccessful. I asked the other 3 movers if the mover was drunk or on drugs; they were unresponsive. I began to feel fearful. I was alone with these 4 men. Shortly after that, the mover was pushing a handtruck roughly off the ramp from the van. The jolt was so severe that he knocked the large plastic storage box off the hand truck and the box broke, spreading the contents on the ground. At this point, I tried to reach the company owner. My efforts were futile: the calls went to voice mail. I discovered that the mover had departed. I had the movers stack the cartons containing my possessions in the large pantry. These were supposed to be professional movers. However, they stacked the boxes willie-nilly rather than placing the heavy boxes on the bottom with the lighter ones above. They broke the on-off switch on my Stiffel floor lamp. The movers said they would have the owner return the next day to repair it. By Monday January 14, I had not had a reply to my voicemail from owner. I telephoned him and told him I needed an insurance claim form and a solution to the problems I had experienced. Belligerently he asked me what I wanted him to do: he said all he could do was fire the mover. That was not sufficient, I wanted him to reduce the price. I told him to ponder the situation and call me back with a proposal. I never heard from him again. I never received the insurance claim form. Based on this, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am considering filing a complaint with the board that regulates moving companies.

In NJ we had professional team. They came on time, moved fast. It was efficient process. I was really impressed. The only concern was about boxes I packed myself. They could be handle with more care. In NH was totally different story. It took a long time, even whether was not good, it still was very slow. Owner, who drove the track was very good, he was doing his best. Very nice person and lovely to deal with. He took care of carpet, and flour, so it's not get dirty. On the end of the day ... Few pieces of furniture was broken, few pieces was chipped and scratched . Some small pieces was lost in a moving like bolts, mounts, decorative pieces. But overall my experience much better than few previous moving companies.

They were a pleasure to hire, thoughtful, and willing to go the extra mile. Would not hesitate to hire in the future.

Overall, they were courteous and responded quickly. It was that the quote was higher. It was over the phone. I would consider them in the future.

This was the best professional move I have ever experienced! Out of the three companies I initially called for a quote, only Murray & Sons bothered to call me back for an estimate. They offered me a very fair price, were able to accommodate my moving schedule and didn't have a problem taking on a small job. The four-man crew arrived close to on-time, were polite, friendly, professional, neat and fast. They accomplished everything in ~3.5 hours and the job even came in under estimate! I am so impressed with this company and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a future move.

They have kept me updated on the status of my move. I was very impressed with their movers because they were efficient and quick. They got it in and got it out fast.

They were an hour late but in the end it didn't really matter as hey were done before 5:00. All the employees were courteous and nice. They protected are new floors and were very mindful of not damaging the floors or walls when they moved in the furniture. They worked steady throughout the day. We were very pleased with their service.

I got to our storage facility about 20 minutes before they arrived, I was supposed to get a phone call when they were on their way, but it's not a big deal as I was already there waiting for them. I showed them what we wanted to bring and the few things that needed to stay. They were very careful with our stuff and worked very quickly, they even made sure all drawers and doors were made to stay shut during travel with straps. We had another 3 small pieces of furniture at my girlfriends mothers house that needed to be picked up on the way to the apartment, and they did it no problem. We got to the apartment and they proceeded to bring our stuff in, asking where each thing went and placing it carefully. Very nice guys and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.
