Bob, Lynn, and team were extremely professional and explained the details of my project in a clear and concise manner. They were in and out in 1 day (I had a total HVAC system replacement) and I couldn't be happier with the results. The new system works way better than the last! Plus, Bob's quote was by far the most fair and I appreciated his honesty. In today's world, I was getting quotes that were outrageous and it seems like a lot of the HVAC companies in the area have been replaced by revenue generators that charge outlandish quotes. This is a true, honest old-school company that is extremely reliable and dependable. I couldn't be happier.

True Professionals The owner, Bob, is very knowledgeable and experienced and great to work with. All of his employees are professional. When I have used them in the past for repair work, I felt his people were more knowledgeable than other HVAC companies I have dealt with. I got a number of quotes for the work, and other company owners did not bring up options or did not resize units in the quotes to take into account efficiencies, etc. Bob was a step above the others during the quoting process, his numbers were competitive for similar equipment from other companies. The quality of the work was excellent. Everything is very neat, everything is sealed properly. His workers cleaned up the area. I was very happy with the job, and recommend his company highly.

Very gracious, professionals. Bob McDonald himself came with a crew of 4 additional folks and his own Electrician who was also very good. This company does warranty work as well for home warranty companies, which was my case. Highly recommend. His entire team both office and technicians are the best, polite and explain what they are doing. They installed Lennox unit and it's working well. Two weeks ago on full moon day, it was over 80 degrees and I turned the AC on but since I had a leak, there was no cooling taking place as all the freon had leaked. It was an 30 years old unit and replacement was what Bob recommended and got it approved. Bob is very patient and experienced gentleman. Give him a call at 6097585200. Tell them Mr. Jolly sent you. My cost was low as the warranty company was paying for most of the repair but they are reasonable in price and provide an excellent service. I can trust this great company and wish there were more trusting and punctual folks in the home care business.

repair went as expected. Final price was true to initial estimate. No surprises. Not the cheapest guy on the block but the good guys never are.
