They were very helpful at the store in helping me choose a proper tile design for the backsplash. The owner, Brad, came over to the house to measure for the job in advance. He thankfully suggested I go with a coretec tile floor rather than standard tile as the pliability of the floor would cause tile to break easily. The backsplash and floor were each done in one day and everything came out great! Highly recommend them for your next job!

Jackson Tile was recommended to us by our Handyman. My first point of contact was Lena in the showroom. I can't say enough good things about Lena. She's professional, knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, patient and she listened intently to me about the type of tile and services that we were looking for. She was not at all pushy. She was extremely helpful and extremely accommodating in assisting us in every way possible to achieve our goals. It took several months for me to find the exact tile that I was looking for and Lena was very patient and stayed in contact with me the entire time. Finally, we had the installation. Bradley, the owner, was very hands on. He explained the entire process and we discussed all of our different options. He made great suggestions while still being very respectful of our wishes. They did a phenomenal job. The tile looks beautiful...very straight, very even and very meticulous. The quality of their work was perfect. Their customer service was outstanding and they truly made us feel as though our satisfaction with the finished product was their ultimate goal. We'll definitely use them again.

Once we were ready, Bradley and Dorkin came to remove the floor molding and existing vynl and subfloor. After the removal, wire and cement were set to accept new porcelein tiles at diamond pattern. The floor was done in several portions to allow us access to various parts of the house. The refrigerator was removed to another location to accommodate tile and replaced back to the original location later. Equipment in the laundry room and toilet in the bath were removed and replaced after tiles were done. The top step of the stair to the basement was also tile to eliminate the difference in height. Cleanup was performed in each completed area during construction and at the end of each day.
