+ 0 moreTheir price was reasonable and, in general, they are a good company. They come on the same day I call; which is unusual for a lot of service people. They perform whatever service I happen to need including checking my heating or electrical.
Description of Work: I used Gold Bond Building Services to check my heating.

+ -1 moreGold Bond Building Services came late and the work was not good. Our thermostat is not working like they said it would and they installed the exhaust fan wrong. I haven't called them on it yet. I felt like they were pressuring me to buy a whole new electrical box, which would have cost somewhere in the thousands.
Description of Work: They replaced the mushroom exhaust fan on our roof and put in a new thermostat for the furnace.
