+ 1 moreMy project was completed in 2018 but I waited until the work was completed for a year. 2018 was a tough year for landscaping as the wet spring pushed back the start time for many projects. Craig kept us informed and in the loop on when we would begin our work. There were a few minor issues here or there which were addressed and fixed right away. I've had some follow-up questions on other items and Craig has been extremely helpful. I would definitely hire again.

+ 0 moreHe's professional, detail oriented, he's clean and the work is very topnotch. I've never had an issue. The workers were very courteous and he's very hands on, he comes and check it out, was very patient, listened to our needs and wants, he's great.

+ 0 moreInitially okay but after two years of business we received the run around. After promising to do so on multiple occasions, the owner refused to service our landscaping. Our lesson learned was that if you're not a big job or in Jackson, you won't get decent service.
Description of Work: They landscaped our front yard three years ago, came back for maintenance last spring & sent out email suggesting we purchase fall maintenance. The landscaping and initial maintenance were wonderful and good, respectively. Prices and waiting time for both were excessive. We called for fall maintenance and a crew was sent out but we were told that the weather was not conducive for the work. The company promised to send a crew out at a mutually agreeable time. They never did. We called for spring maintenance early this year. He asked us to mail him pictures and he gave us a price. It was high but we said ok. Please come as soon as you can. After a few weeks, he was supposed to send a crew but only one man came. He said he was there to assess the situation, that he could not call a crew to work that day due to the weather. The weather was fine in our location and we had at least half a day of work. I called and told there was a mix up in what was supposed to be done. The owner said that he had several big jobs he needed to complete but when he could get to us, he would. This continued for several weeks and he said that we were too far away for it to be profitable for him.

+ -1 moreIt went good with Executive Landcaping and Fence of NJ. They do it once a week. It is 55 dollars a week for front and back. I have a very large property. They really care about the yard. The other people I have used before didn't care. They actually like if there is a ball in the yard they pick it up and put it in the front and it is over and things like that. They just seem to take better care of your personal property. The price is fair, reasonable. I have never actually dealt with the lawn guys, I've only dealt with the owner of the company, very nice.
