Great- best price and design. Bill is also a very nice and trustworthy family man. He is there every day with help, work is not outsourced. Will be hiring him again for our kitchen remodel.

He was very professional, very thorough and efficient. He knows his stuff. I think he knows everything in the world actually. He is a great general contractor.

He is a good contractor. He is honest, conscientious, clean, and hard working. I can not say enough good things about him.

Bill Evans who did the job is awesome. He has done work for us twice now. He is a local guy and we found him by word of mouth. The screened-in porch is two sided plus a door. It had been a covered porch but he screened it in and he did it in such a way that the existing railing was kind of aesthetically incorporated into it and that we could take screens down and replace sections. It was not just building a giant frame and tacking some screening on to it. It is very aesthetically pleasing and very easy to maintain. The work was done in two parts, and I guess it was a week for one part and maybe a little bit less than a week for the other. We had some weather issues, but it was never left in a condition we could not move around it. He used composite wood and we live in a log cabin. He tried to make it look good next to that, which was great. He did railings on a porch, an entire new front stoop with concrete footing within the wood and the wood understructure and composite over it, and screened in the porch but did it so that we could take pieces down and move them around. It is like being on a boat. He is very meticulous and leaves the place cleaner than when he showed up. He was not the cheapest but the price was definitely the most value. We would use him again in the future.

The work he did was good. It took a lot longer than they thought it would. They were good and grouchy by the end and didn't even say they were leaving. They ended up sending me another bill after payment. We were concerned about the way the doors worked and he passed it off on the manufacture of the door instead of his install.
