I made a number of attempts to contact the contractor by phone and email to obtain a quote. Despite assurances that someone would get back to me to provide an estimate for the work, they never contacted me at all. The contractor is located a couple of miles from me so it would have been all too convenient for them to stop by to assess the job and provide an estimate making it all the more frustrating.

Service was prompt and the system seems to be working well. Our community has a large system (approximately 16 zones) so there's quite a bit of work involved in checking every sprinkler head, but Down To Earth was very diligent and replaced everything that was not working.
