Unprofessional and short tempered... the job started bad and he blamed first the plumber and his follow up was non existent.

Kevin did an amazing job. This is the second project we have hired Coposky Contracting to complete. As in the past his prices were competitive he was professional and kept the work area neat and clean. We decided to do an intricate tile pattern on the floor and Kevin meticulously laid out the pattern and gave us options. The bathroom turned out better then I had envisioned it. I would hire Kevin again and have recommended him to family and friends.

As The last I use them the work was A class, they were fast and clean and very efficient and helped me with any items that I was unsure about in getting. the job was started and finished in just one week with every day leaving everything fulling cleaned up. Have used them for two full bathroom remodels jobs would use them many more times over a first class contractor.

Exceptional! Kevin and his crew are true professionals in every sense. They provided timely estimates, worked to get all the permits we needed and made any/all adjustments,. He was extremely patient as our schedule was somewhat hectic and unconventional. He is very detail oriented which suites our needs/wants and we would not hesitate to hire him in the future!

Simply put Kevin and his son was great. What I really like is they are SUPER CLEAN . Kevin always shows up on time , works with you and very knowledgeable. This spring I want him to remodel my existing bathroom.

Every thing was just the room came out very nice looks great.

Kevin was hired to remodel 3 bathrooms,a basement, and to take down a few walls.He took deposits on all of this work , attempted to do 2 of the bathrooms and basement at same time , and never completed any of it . In the basement , he literally spent 2 hours putting up framing and cutting wood,and collected 1/3 plus money for permit which he never picked up. Be careful , his goal is to get to the second payment of 3 ,which he did in the bathrooms . So Basically he completed 1/3 of the work in the bathrooms, took second check and never came back ,promising to come back after he completed a small job, never did. We contacted him 3 times and each time he promised to come back but never did. He collected money for permits, materials, and jobs never done.It basically cost the whole price of the job just to get it completed. Unfortunately we have started proceedings against Kevin,and while we did like him beware , if you pay him for work to be done,you just might not see him again.

A+ SERVICES ALL THE WAY. Kevin and his team were the ultimate professionals throughout the job. We could not be happier with his work and the finished product. They did a fantastic renovation for two bathrooms in our home. The master bath and a half bath in one of the bedrooms. From the point of contact Kevin was very helpful. He came to our home multiple times during the estimate process to make sure that the measurements were correct and to answer our questions. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He provided us with advantages and disadvantages of what we wanted to do and pointed out potential issues. In addition, he helped us with design elements that based on his experience we would have never thought of (product recommendations, preferred vendors etc...). His estimate was right on and he completed the work in the scheduled time. All expectations were greatly exceeded. All of the sub-contractors that he used on the project were just as professional as he and his team and all estimates and scheduling went well. Kevin and his team never left a mess and did a clean sweep each night after work. There were no surprises or sneaky cost overruns as he was upfront and honest with us throughout the process. Communication and timeliness in getting back to us were right on. I would highly recommend him for any contracting needs. We will use his services in the future for other projects.

I generally do not write reviews or provide comments but the fact that I had to terminate the engagement motivated me to post my experience. Also, I found it amusing that one of the post gave a positive review for his communication. Kevin was professional and had the requisite skills to do the job. He insisted that we get permits, made suggestions on how to improve the project, and payment plan was reasonable. We believed he was the right person for the job and even went so far as to hire him. However, each communication with him required that I follow-up for a response. I eventually had to terminate the engagement because I believed that if it is this difficult at the inception then it would be worse once the job commenced. Also, when I informed him that I would not be engaging him, there was no follow-up as to why. Business must be good. My issues were his lack of response, not receiving a contract after asking for it 2x (estimate is not a contract), and receiving an incomplete quote.

Kevin and his team were very professional and reliable. From the start of our project until the last day Kevin was meticulous and a true craftsman. We wanted a complete renovation for an open concept and a new design with added windows, new flooring and lighting . What we got was a kitchen that turned out to be better than we could have ever imagined. He truly cared about this project and providing us with results we will forever be happy with. We will definitely use Coposky Contracting for other home projects.

Kevin and his son were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They took the time to properly prepare the two rooms to protect the our recently installed wood flooring while they fitted and installed the molding and painted the rooms. The sheet rock replacement area was done very well; the joints were not visible. The vinyl siding was removed and the sheathing replaced. You could not tell that the siding was ever removed and replaced. Kevin and his son were meticulous in their work and accommodating to our suggestions and we highly recommend them.

Kevin Coposky is just wonderful--a skilled, talented carpenter; a focused, diligent worker; a responsive, trustworthy, reliable,?fair?businessman; and a really nice person to know. ?After my initial call Kevin responded directly with an estimate for removing and reproducing our custom log railings that wrapped around the porch and deck of?our log house. ?He?and his son Travis were here shortly thereafter to do the job. ?They both put in a heck of a days' work,?with quality workmanship that dazzled me. ?They were careful to minimize any mess and cleaned up after their work each day so that nothing was there to see?except their beautiful creation!? Kevin kept me informed via email of their schedules all along the way?and always arrived exactly at the time he said he would. I am so happy to have found Kevin and will never think of working with anyone else on construction projects. ?He is just terrific!

Wanted to remodel my small bathroom in my master bedroom. Got three quotes from highly rated contractors on Angies list. Kevin's was the best. I purchased the fixtures and shower doors but Kevin price included a new quiet exhaust fan and a window. On the first day Kevin and Travis ripped out my old 1980's bath down to the studs. They then remodeled the entire bathroom. They did a beautiful job. Kevin is a highly skilled craftsman who wants to get the job done right. He is easy to work with and offers worthwhile suggestions based on his experience. In two weeks I went from an outdated bathroom with a fiberglass tub enclosure to a beautiful modern bath with a completely tiled 5ft long shower with beautiful shower doors and a rain shower head as well as a regular shower head. Excellent Job. Couldn't be happier with the work. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Our kitchen was a standard builders quality kitchen that has been updated and transformed into a beautiful, bright room! The kitchen design center recommended by Kevin was top quality. There were numerous choices of cabinetry to fit every budget. We are very happy with the quality as well. Although we didn't change the layout of the kitchen too much, Kevin did an amazing job installing the cabinets and moldings. He also constructed a half wall between our family room and kitchen..there had been a full wall with an opening that really closed in the family room. He added decorative moldings and painted. It looks great!! We have been very happy with Kevin's work. He is very reliable, always on time and leaves each day after cleaning up from his work. He is very talented and is capable of doing electric, plumbing and carpentry! It is so nice to have a contractor who can do it all..no delays in your project waiting to coordinate plumbing, electric etc...He also installed a beautiful new sliding door in our kitchen!

Kevin was always punctual. When he said he would be here, he arrived! I trusted him in my home. His son Travis works along side him and was always very pleasant and hard working as well. My husband and I both work, so there were days Kevin would let himself in and out of our home as needed. We never had a problem. We trust his honesty and integrity. This was a huge factor as for many working families, it is not easy to coordinate a big job that will take time to complete. Kevin had to gut our bathroom down to the studs to access that wasted space the builder had utilized to box in or old shower. He does all the work himself which was another great find, as many contractors have to wait on the electrician and plumbers schedules to coordinate with their timing. Each day he would vacuum and clean up any mess from the days work. He was very neat. The only thing that cannot be avoided with this kind of work is spackle dust! So be prepared for that. It is all worth the extra cleaning in between the job to have a beautiful transformation that WOWS you every day!!

When you start a project in an old house, you always have to expected unforeseen issues and their cost. The great thing about working with Kevin he did not nickel and dime for every little thing and work with us to make adjustment to keep those issues from busting our budget. Kevin did a great job. The quality of the work was excellent. He was very hands on and made sure we informed about the whole project. He really did care that the job was done right and that we were happy with the job. We have gotten so many complements on our new kitchen and bathroom.

Kevin was incredibly detailed and clean. The project stretched over 3 months as we did bathrooms 1 at a time. He was great with the last minute changes and re dos we threw his way. VERY clean and trustworthy. We are already discussing more projects for the spring. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin was friendly, professional, and prompt. He offered a fair price for a complete bathroom renovation. I ended up going with another contractor, through no fault of Coposky.

He was good he did the measurements inside the house. He also said he would email me the measurements so I could work on an updated floor plan, which was never done. And he never provided the quote after stating he would which ended up wasting valuable time as we were waiting for said estimate. we think it's been several weeks since he said he would have the quote. We don't relish having to provide this level of a feedback. The quote was suppose to be ready 10/2/15

Kevin and son were very professional in scoping the project, all the time listening carefully to our input. I found their professionalism and customer service to be what probably sets them apart. No attitude, very patient with questions and easy to reach via text or cell. The project was fairly extensive and not without surprises and setbacks, but by and large, they performed everything they say they will do, on time, on budget. If you need additional work, they are careful to create a updated estimate..no surprises or gotchas. They even help us to relocate some cabinets that had to be moved or demolished which I greatly appreciated . They were also good about cleaning up every day to the rest of the house wasn't tracked with dust. Overall I'd definitely hire them again and plan to do so for some additional projects.
