When I called, I told him how many windows I had and a couple of days I had free. We set the apt on the initial call. They showed up on time and got right to work. Very polite and personable. The work was done thoroughly, quickly, carefully, and correctly. Price was very fair. Plan to use them each year.

Paul and his assistant got right to work when they arrived. Paul did the inside; assistant did outside. We have 10 windows in a ranch style home. Windows have grid work that is very fragile and not removable for that reason. Paul worked around that with no effort. Paul and his assistant were neat and professional. They were done within 1 hour. The windows look great. I plan on using them twice a year, starting next spring.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Paul's company. He worked with me to find a convenient time and day, and even went out of his way to accommodate me given a time constraint. Showed up on time and there was a question on how the job was quoted since he gave us a quote over the phone. He stated it was his mistake that he didn't come out to see what the job entailed. However he was very professional and we reached a fair price for both sides.

Castle was quick to return my call and was able to accommodate me with date and time of service. Paul, the owner, came with one other worker and together they were able to do the job in a reasonable time. They respected my home and belongings, whatever needed to be moved out of the way, they put back with care. Windows never looked better! I would, and have, recommend them to friends and family. I also priced around before hiring them and they were, by far, the best price for the same service.

Arrived a bit early which was fine. He had another worker who started on the outside while he worked inside. Removed and replaced all screens and removable window grids. All windows were thoroughly cleaned, grids and screens replaced. they worked efficiently and were very professional.

This contractor was pleasant, professional and did an excellant job.

Paul was fantastic. He came on time as promised. He looked around and got started. very quickly, We went over the price as per his previous estimate. He did an unbelievably great job. He even cleaned some tape residue on the windows and doors that I thought would never come off. He advised me what not to have done and did some extra work that he did not charge me for. In the end his work was terrific. I think my windows look better than the day they were installed. Paul even gave me a senior citizen's discount (I am 66) without me ever asking him for it. The price was lower than the original estimate. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Paul is reliable, great to chat with and a consummate professional.

Paul and his workers were terrific. I had a 3:30 appointment. Someone called me around 2:30 to say they were running late because of weather issues. I was told they would be here around 4pm if that was convenient or I could reschedule. Paul and his crew were here by 4:00. Paul introduced himself (I actually had used him before). Service was excellent and professional. He moved furniture and replaced it when necessary. When he left my house looked as it had before, except I had sparkling windows! Great service!

This is the second time we have used Castle, excellent all round including fixing a minor soffit repair. Highly recomended
