If you want a special service, just let me know. If you want to change your cleaning routine, simply call me . On every visit, I dust, vacuum, wash, and sanitize each room. Using my products or yours, I clean from left to right, top to bottom, so no detail is overlooked. I am Fully Insured and bonded as well and can show proof on Inc and Bond A typical cleaning visit includes these services every time I come to your home All Rooms - Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, and baseboards - Remove cobwebs - Vacuum carpets - Wash all floors at no time (will any water be put on any type of wood floors (sorry), I will be happy to speak with you in person on how I clean wood floors) - Vacuum furniture including under the couches Couches/chairs vacuumed Dust light fixtures, switch plates, artwork Empty all waste containers and place trash in designated areas Plants dusted TV and electronics dusted Walls/switches spot washed of smudges and fingerprints Kitchen - Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table, and chairs - Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks - Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes - Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior - Clean microwave oven inside and out - Wash floor Bathrooms - Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks - Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets - Clean mirrors - Polish chrome - Wash floors and tile walls - Deodorize My cleaning guarantees a worry-free service you can count on time and time again. Don't ever use them
Description of Work: The cleaning staff was suppose to clean for a total of 8 man hours. They were in and out in less than 4man hours. They destroyed my range top byt spraying easy off on the chrome and the burners. They knew they did this before they left but nevre said anything and was hoping I wouldn't notice.They were suppose to turn this over t the insurance company but they refused to provide me with the insurance company name and claim number. Now they are saying they will handle it themselves but they are dragging their feet. Besides the fact that they never cleaned the house the way the said they would. They have an impressive web site but they are nothing but a company of smoke and mirrors who can't deliver what they say. I would never recommend them to anyone under any ircumstances. In the meantime we still haven't been able to read the setting on the burner dials and the chrome and burners are distgusting to look at.
