Attic Fanatics

We initially wanted to address the mice issue in our attic. When I called Attic Fanatics for assistance, Coby suggested a better solution. Instead of just temporarily stopping the mice, he recommended clearing out the mess in the attic. Our attic hadn't been cleaned since we moved in, so it was quite dirty, and I didn’t even want to go up there. Coby gave us a reasonable quote for the cleaning, and his insulation quote was also much cheaper than another company I had contacted. Initially, I only wanted to deal with the mice, but they ended up cleaning the attic and replacing all the insulation. I highly recommend Attic Fanatics to anyone!

Great experience! Needed exclusion for 1-2 bats in the attic. First estimate inspection with another company wanted to wait for cooler weather (2months), lay wood and cost estimate was more then double with the understanding it could be even higher once they started. A lot of education about bats was provided and almost scared me into commiting to them- especially since you had to put out money just to have the inspection. We use our attic for a lot of storage so my biggest concern was I wanted it taken care of sooner. I mulled it for a few weeks and decided to leave a message for Attic Fanatics on Sunday morning to get a second opinion- it was also a holiday weekend. They called me soon after, discussed the situation on the phone and provided a much more reasonable estimate (no charge), even able to come the same day after finishing another job. 4-5 guys came, in the time frame provided and gave me a clear understanding of what they were doing. I was amazed how everything looked after and how they were even able to get it done, so many guys up there and the treatment area not having finished floor boards. Pests also have such a dirty connotation to them, rightfully so but they wore shoe covers throughout my home and took measures that made me feel comfortable while they were working in and out of the house. He showed me pictures of openings and potential areas, sealed every possible tiny crack on the inside and also went of the roof and sealed from the outside too. Even putting traps for extra reassurance in addition to their 1yr warranty. They also cleaned and sanitized the insulation. 2 weeks since it's been completed and no sign of the bats. I'm so happy I used them and feel more at ease knowing it's fully sealed from any potential critters in the future. Highly Recommend!!

The guys did an amazing job. In an out in a day and were super clean. Would highly recommend for attic clean out.

I had a great experience with Attic Fanatics! There team was on time, did a great job removing the raccoons from my ceiling. They did a great job cleaning up and sealing entrance and possible entrance. Shout out to Colby for working with me and helping me with a fair price and also making sure the experience was effective! I needed to have my attic 'refreshed' in parallel with a bat exclusion. They did a great job. To be fair, it was an expensive service, but the fact that they send an entire crew to get it done in a single day, and in such an organized way, really made it worth it. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I wished if it were be able for me to give this company more than 5 stars for my review. Right after I realized that we have Raccoon residence in my attic I sent an email at midnight to Attic Fanatics. I got a call at 8 from Coby who said someone will come within a hour. Mike Bruer showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He advised me that the Raccoon may have been in my attic for awhile. I decided to replace all insulation. He provided me a reasonable quote which I accepted right at the spot. He also helped me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance company. On the very next business day there was a crew of 5 people showed up on time. They are very professional and did a neat job. Being a picky person like me I am totally satisfied of their work. They sealed the openings to prevent the Raccoon from return. After they left I found out there is one Raccoon was still in the attic so they came back right away and chased it out then resealed the soffit vents with heavy gauge mesh. Great job!

techs were very professional and were very fast, cleaned up work area and left it very neat. the cost was in my opinion VERY REASONABLE

They did a great job and didn't break the bank. Had all the old insulation removed and replaced with new. The floor and walls got covered in plastic covering. The cracks and areas where rodents could get in got taken care of also. The crew did a good job cleaning up. Very pleased with results.

They addressed my concerns of health and safety and shared the full scope of the work. Upon prompt arrival to remove what was necessary they did a neat and clean job. I am so happy with the new insulation installation. They made my home feel better already! I would recommend them fully as they are kind and knowledgeable and do quality work.

Attic Fanatics were punctual and professional! They showed up when they said they would and did the job in a clean and timely manner. I would highly recommend them and if gd forbid I have another issue they'd be my first call!

The entire crew from Attic Fanatics was fabulous. Very fast and efficient work. Cleaned out vacuumed sanitized and re-insulated a 60 year old attic in a matter of a few hours. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Attic Fanatics.

It went amazing!! Coby was very clear about how the job will go and he did exactly what he said everything was spotless after the job!!!
