Ross from ARK Heating & AC installed a new AC / Furnace in our single family house. He shows up on time as scheduled, performs the work and completely cleans up afterwards. I am so glad that I found ARK Heating & Air Conditioning. I have an older oil burning system but would like to keep it for a few more years in case natural gas gets offered in my area since there is a lot of development going on. I had scheduled a tune up with another company who immediately recommended replacing my system ASAP and quoted over $1,300 in repairs. Ross came out for a free estimate and really listened to my situation, was honest, and quickly assessed what needed to be done to make the necessary repairs. He scheduled the repair for a few days later and gave me a very fair price based on my research of the cost of the part required. I am happy to have found a trustworthy company that I can rely on to maintain and service my heating and cooling systems from now on!
