Mike Was on time, gave me tips for the house for minor repairs. Very knowledgable, will recommend to others.

The inspector was on time, very polite and nice guy. The price was very reasonable. But I saw better, more detailed and more helpful reports.

More than I could ask for, he was great!

Mike is a true professional. I was in the process of selling my current house and buying another one in a neighboring town. Mike inspected both these houses and on both occasions showed up 5-10mins in advance of the appt time. He delivered inspection reports the same night, which were detailed and covered all the details he uncovered during the inspection. He is very responsive and was reachable by phone, emails, messaging, etc.

Mike uncovered a gas leak coming from the meter just because he was able to smell it., he stayed until the gas man came to fix it and he did not have to do that.

The service was prompt & the quality was good. I would recommend him.

Mike was very friendly and adaptable to my schedule. His inspection was thorough and the seller did pay for most of the issues Mike pointed out. The two things he did not catch were a leak in the master bath resulting in water stains in the dining room below and a leak in the second upstairs bathroom. These were painted over so I will give him a pass on these, but if he would have ran the water longer maybe they would have showed...something the next homebuyer may be able to do. Overall I am happy with his inspection and would recommend him.

Inspector showed up on time. He inspected everything except crawl space. He said he couldn't get in, due to poor access. He did find a few problems with property & quickly e-mailed report. His charge was very reasonable.
