My family were comfortable walking through every areas of inspection and explaining what he does and what he founds out. Considerably, he always pointed out whether a major or minor problem will occur and recommends if it needs fixing/repair prior to the report. We do enjoy working with him and would highly recommend to avail of his services.

The inspector, Michael Frizziola, was a delight to work with. In our 1st conversation, he stated the objectives, costs, and delivery time. A follow-up call was done to pencil in the inspection date and time. On that day, he showed up on time and we commenced the inspection. Room by room, he pointed out concerns, possible code violations, and recommendations. After the inspection, he gave a global view of the home. Following that, as promised, we received the inspection report with 24 hours. Throughout the inspection, Michael took his time to explain his concerns and recommendations. He also was very patient with our questions.

Mike walked around the house for close to 2 hours, pointing out things he was going to include in his report. He thoroughly talked us through all of it! He checked every outlet, toilet, faucet (hot and cold), window, door, and ran all appliances. I was very pleased with his inspection. His report came 3/4 hours after the inspection! Impressive!
