I would like to say that he was very knowledgeable, he was on time, communicated with me, clean, and friendly.

Mike was friendly and courteous but really wished he had taken photos of some of the problem areas. I think a little more thorough job would have been in order. Overall, I liked his recommendations and will try to follow through on them.

Mike did a great job, explaining every detail, answering questions patiently and advising of the major from the minor issues. His report was timely, very thorough and detailed. I used another inspector for another house I was planning to buy and he was a disaster, so I was able to make out the difference and appreciated it. I would request that he try to incorporate pictures into the report as its not easy for a layman to remember the issues in a new property as as they are relatively unfamiliar with it at the time of inspection. Would def hire him again and have already recommended him to friends.

Mike did a very thorough inspection and was very helpful with his input regarding his findings. I appreciated all the notes he took as he checked things out. I received his inspection report via e-mail within 24 hours. There were a lot of items that were remaining to be validated by outside experts, such as termite free certification and A/C test to done when the weather warms up. I wish he actually went up on the roof to inspect, rather than visual from the ground. Overall only time will tell on how new purchase preforms for us. We are confident with Mike's professional inspection and feedback.

four stars so far- pending confirmation from some contractors of issues found- very cordial- knowledgeable- a four from me is most likely a five from others as- no matter how good you are- there is always room for improvement- Mike Frizziola was vey thotough- would have no problem recommending him for home inspection services

Mike was unprepaired no ladder to a home inspection ,wound up costing me the price of a new roof.He could not even provide a buisness card to my realtor . No wonder he was cheap , you only get what you pay for

i was ok .i didnt like that he didnt inspect the whole house
