I am generally a very tough customer. I fear calling anyone for anything. But I must say that Brian is FANTASTIC! He was very professional, very quick, and very neat! He came in, looked at the job, realized that he needed a few parts that he didn't have, came back the next day with everything, and was in and out in all of 20 minutes. He charged the quoted price even though he had to provide a couple of small, extra parts -- and even threw in a filter! We did have an appt the first day for 12:30 but Brian wasn't able to make it until 6:30 due to other calls. The second day, he came earlier than promised. I understand that heating calls are abundant this time of the year so I give him a pass on this. I suppose I'd rather the guy with a huge customer base who makes me wait than the guy with nothing to do who runs right over! :) I will definitely use Brian again, someone I can feel confident to call without all the anxiety usually associated with hiring a contractor. Call Brian, you will not be disappointed!

Brian did a great job.He removed the stained drywall and insulated the part of the central air sleeve that caused the condensation and staining.He was knowledgeable,clean answered my questions and worked efficiently. I would definitely use him again.

Brian installed a new heating./ air conditioning system in my home +5 years ago. Recently the blower motor needed to be replaced. The unit was under warranty and he promptly ordered a new one and installed it. All my dealings with this company have exceeded my expectations. A true professional who is courteous and does what he says.
