They did a great job! Made appointment to look at the job and issued a quote. Showed up on time, quote was very reasonable and scheduled the job. They called three days before to confirm, called the morning of with an eta to the house. Showed up on time, wore mask, went over the work and when finished they reviewed everything again. Very professional, cleaned up and any questions they said call. Would definitely hire them again.

Heat pump had leaked out refrigerant. Instead of repairing it, the tech just pumped in $240.00 worth of refrigerant and hoped it would last the season. It lasted 4 days! The total charge for this was over $500.00. Yeah, I can not wait to use them again.

Methodical attention to detail is quite evident. Both technicians were friendly and approachable. Installation and job wrap up were clean. Showed up on time and ready to work. Will use these people again for any future projects

Hired Integrated to install and attic fan and overall it was a great experience. They were accomodating with the appointment time. The 2 employees that showed up were courteous and very professional and the entire experience was quite easy. I will likely use them again for some of the other services they provide and I would definitely recommend them at this time to anyone looking for an attic fan.

Very happy with my experience. Called in the morning with two attic fans that needed to be repaired. I first spoke with Freddy to discuss options and agreed to have both fans replaced. The job was completed that same day! These guys were honest, and knowledgeable. They also did quality work at a fair price.

This company is very hands-on very professional, answer all my questions in a way that I would understand. They replaced my furnace and AC unit. They are on call answering your questions 24 hours a day, never once did I get an unanswered call. I loved their service, I am a very satisfied customer. What a great experience. We had a AC unit that failed and reached out 20+ repair companies to try and get an appointment. Integrated was the one we chose because they had great pricing and made us feel comfortable with their knowledge. Their appointment time was sooner, by many days, than all the others. The arrived and got to work immediately. Once the unit was replaced we realized there were other electrically issues. They quickly contacted their licensed electrician who came over immediately and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem. We had tenants moving in to this rental property and the Integrated team was respectful to them. The team spent the entire day their and came back the following day to finish the work because the tenants no longer wanted work done after 8pm. They finished the job the following day - which was a Sunday. There was little change in price even though what was supposed to be a 4 hour job turned into a 12 hour one with added time from the electrician and a complete replacement of all wiring, breakers, and fuses. Overall, I wouldn t work with anyone else for my electrical or HVAC needs.

I needed a smoke detector replaced in a very high ceiling. They came the day I called and got the job done quickly. Customer service was excellent and the electrician was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them for electrical and whatever else they handle in the future. I am very happy with this experience.

Very dependable and pleasant

They were professional, quick and did an excellent job installing an attic fan. They only area for improvement was with scheduling as they did not come when they said due to another job running over time. ( They were supposed to come between late morning and early afternoon but arrived at 5:30PM). They profusely apologized for not communicating the delay so I would definitely hire them again.
