Elite was professional and reliable. Very respectful employees. We hit some bumps in the road due to a pre-existing deck but they followed through w/ persistence and made us a beautiful deck. I recommend them and trust them!

Steve and his crew were awesome - very professional and careful around our home. They were so respectful of our space and our needs (we have indoor cats and they went above and beyond to make sure they were safe and cared for in the middle of a full kitchen/bathroom remodel) The plumber and electrician Steve brought in were just as wonderful. We feel like weâ ve made new friends in all the guys and would highly recommend them to anyone. We are THRILLED with the work itâ s like we have a brand new home - thank you especially to Louie and Jamie who really became part of our family

Workmanship was excellent, we were so satisfied I would certainly use them again and not hesitate to recommend them! The owner Steve Tursi is very personable and gave you a feeling of knowing him your whole life. He personally came and finished the last little couple of items and made sure we were satisfied!

The owner and his guys were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond more then they needed to. We had a terrible experience with a different company and this one fixed everything and made it right. I am so grateful that we found Steve. Weâ ll be using him whenever we can. Absolutely trustworthy and know what they are doing. Would recommend them 100%.

Both Steve and Louie were excellent anytime! If I had a problem they handle it in a timely manner. It was just excellent all the way around.

This was a big project and our anxiety of getting this done on time was so high but Steve was there answering our questions and updating us and at the end it came out amazingly Thank you we love our new bathrooms....

Great Contractor and Installers. Professional and Respectful. They came when they said they would. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought,not just a simple install, but they found the solution and got it done all while keeping my cost in mind!! They cleaned up the area to my complete satisfaction after installing. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I will certainly be calling them for more home improvements and highly recommend.

Steve is amazing. We hired him to lead a kitchen to remodel for us and could not be happier with the work and service. He delivered everything he promised and then some! Easily the most responsive and effective communicator I have dealt with when it comes to contractors, he and his team stayed late to ensure the project stayed on time and was accommodating every step of the way. When some other items popped up as they always do with a remodel he was quick to offer solutions to ensure we were happy and received exactly what we want. You would be hard pressed to find a more reliable, honest, hardworking guy than Steve. I would highly recommend him to anyone (in fact I already have)!

Very responsive and focused on doing top-quality work and customer satisfaction. Steve and his crew will get the job done right, and will find solutions to complicated or difficult jobs (in our case, craning an exterior door unit over the house to a 3rd story balcony). He works with top-quality people and focuses on coordinating across everyone to make sure jobs are done quickly and on-budget. He explains how everything will go, highlights any issues, and cares about making sure the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

Steve's level of customer service was top notch. There were a few hiccups during the course of the project, but he answered my call each and every time and went back to address any issue I mentioned. Definitely not typical of most contractors and he was a pleasure to work with.

My small bathroom remodel turned into black mold and a pipe that burst! Steve and his crew stayed late and basically put a whole new bathroom in from pipes, new beams, shower and a new floor!!!!!! Steve was genuinely worried about our health and did an above and beyond exceptional job!!!

After talking to Steve & having him see what I wanted done, Steve & his team got to working on it. After a month of AMAZING work, I now have an open floor plan with a remodeled kitchen & the dining room I've always wanted!! I kept throwing Steve curve balls along the way & he completed every task 100%. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!! 100% Trustworthy & VERY RELIABLE!!!
