Don and his crew did an excellent job and were very aware of maintaining a low keyed presence as much as possible. They got most of the loud work done the 1st day and tried to keep the dust to a minimum throughout the project. They always cleaned up before leaving. too. One always runs into little surprises when doing remodeling and this was job was no exception. Don and his crew were unfazed by the unexpected and dealt with the construction issues as they arose in a very professional manner. They worked every day until the job was finished and gave my aunt a beautiful bathroom she could safety use. If you want a contractor who knows what he's doing, insists on excellence from his crew, does what he says he'll do, and is easy to work with, I'd suggest you hire Don. His cost estimate was also very competitive, in fact it was lower than 2 other estimates.

Don told us where to go to choose the flooring that we liked. He then ordered the flooring and when that came in he called and we set up a date for the renovation to start. The old tiles, bathtub ,vanity,and wallpaper were removed. Don and his helpers worked very hard and took a lot of care to make everything fit and look nice. A new bathtub was put in and then the flooring was put down. The next day the old wallpaper was removed and the walls were sanded smooth and prepped for painting. Don was extremely helpful by aiding me in finding the perfect colors for the tiles to go in the shower and the decorative glass inserts really made the shower pop. Two corner shelves, a soap dish, and an overhead light completed the shower. Don also helped me choose a color paint that would coordinate well with the glass decorative tiles for the walls. Don also replaced the vanity and added the mirror and medicine cabinet to complete the bathroom. My husband and I are thrilled with our beautiful new bathroom.

Great I love it

Don and his entire work team were very professional. He had workers who knew what they were doing and did it well. I really had to look to find fault and there were only some minor things that needed to be corrected and they were completed with a smile. Pleasure to do business with. I'm looking forward to them redoing my bathroom. I highly recommend this company.

I thought he was excellent. He was clean, prompt. The job was done excellently. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave anything behind. The work was great. The owner was also very delightful.

This was the 2nd job The Expert Touch did for me. A few years ago they gave me a beautiful bathroom. The kitchen was completed on time, exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely happy with the finished result.

The expert touch staff and workers were extremely helpful and professional. I hired this contractor as i was renovating this house to resell. The job they did surely made selling my house easier. Everyone that came to see my house couldnt believe how nice everything look.

The work was done very professionally. The crew was excellent and very well prepared. They were polite, helped us move furniture inside, cleaned very well, replaced the old blinds or curtains so we could have the privacy until we could shop for new window, drapes, or blinds. And they completed the whole job in about four days. We were very surprised, as other contractors we had used in the past were terrible, and were disasters to deal with.
