Description of Work: They were not available when we could meet with them. I tried to set up an appointment many times & left our information on availability. One time I had an appointment,I got sick & had to cancel & my husband's car broke down on his way home. They promised to reschedule. I called about three times but the staff said they'd get back to me. They never did.

+ -1 moreVery well! I made contact with them prior to the new windows/doors being installed and was given instructions on what to do and when. As instructed, I contacted them again on the day of the installation and they immediately dispatched a crew to review the work and determine what options existed to ensure the alarm system would be ready. We reviewed options, selected a course of action and the crew quickly and expertly worked on the system to ensure complete coverage and no interruption in service. They worked hand in hand with the window/door installers to ensure everything was done right the first time. Professional, courteous and skilled!

+ -1 moreI'm very satisfied with Ocean Security. They were very quick to contact us and knew enough to try all of our contact numbers. We feel like we're very safe with them monitoring the system. The price is very low. We pay a monthly fee. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They got hold of us when we were gone on vacation and the alarm went out because of an electrical storm.
