The laminate flooring was improperly installed over much too soft and thick carpet padding without my consent. Malcolm is very much a sweet talker and convinces you his decisions are ok and proper. I raised all my concerns about the padding during installation but he assured me it was correct and if it was not, he would take care of it. However, as expected the laminate flooring is coming apart because the padding is too think and it never settled properly as it would not on such padding. Our contract clearly stated that the carpet and padding would be removed and proper underlay would be placed down. I have tried repeated to text, email and call him, I have exhausted all options. HE DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, HE HANGS UP, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It is clear Malcolm cheaped out, took a shortcut to save himself some money at my expense. I have now got to pay for the reinstallation of all the flooring. I would not recommend using his services at all, he does not guarantee work and will just ignore you if you have any issues with his work. Please do yourself a favor and find a more professional handyman for your needs.

The provider did not show up to start the job as promised, he did not call and he would not answer a call. When finally I got him on the phone he hung up. I'm glad I didn't give him the job.
