Description of Work: I originally planned to get roof, siding, and windows. They had a special so I added stone-front to a portion of my facade! I also expanded a front window. There was one glitch, when a window that was a different size that we had discussed was installed, but the situation was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. John was always available by text or call! |While not the cheapest quote I received, having a financing package available was a plus for me!

Description of Work: They put new siding, trim,fascia and lots more plus new gutters and leaders. The crew were amazing, courteous, efficient, tidy and respectful. The job started and finished on the dates promised. The home now looks new and clean. We are very pleased!

Description of Work: Replaced my roof, repaired a whole in my wall and painted it, and replaced the railings on my porch. Everything was done very quickly and neatly. Two days after the estimate work began on the wall and roof. The railing took a little longer due to weather but when it was done it went perfectly.

Description of Work: we had our roof redone and Yankee-gutters relined a little over a year ago. the representative from the company (John) was very polite and professional. everything arrived on time, and the job proceeded within the time frame they told us it would. the roof came out great! the relining of the original Yankee-gutters, however, were never completed to our satisfaction and we still get leaks and overflow from it. the company did respond and sent out people to fix it every single time we made a complain and they are abiding by their warranty, so far. we spent good money on that fix and we are treated like they value our patronage so we would definitely use this company again. we used other companies for other jobs but this is the only one that we feel secure in the warranty offered.

Description of Work: Contacted them to fix a deck on a home I bought that had not been permitted. After rescheduling the estimate once, the guy showed up, and then I didn't hear from him for at least a week. His quote was seven times higher than the price I ultimately paid, and he didn't respond to follow-up requests I made for clarification. They clearly didn't need my business.

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper from a bathroom and replaced a light fixture, finished off a room that had been started(put in closet door, molding, removed two ceiling light fixtures and put in a new one and repaired the ceiling and fixed Sheetrock seams),painted three bedrooms, one bathroom and a small hallway. |All the work was done to my upstairs living area and it was completed in three days with assureance they would correct any issues that I saw after they left. Vic checked in a week or so later to ensure I was satisfied with the results and I was.

Description of Work: We met with Dan and got an estimate for siding and new windows. Dan was very personable, polite and professional. The estimate was very reasonable. Due to our busy schedule we put off doing the work till spring. |We definitely will call him back in the spring to resume our project.

Description of Work: After a search for roofers, I finally settled on a general contractor and am glad I did. While the project looked straight forward, my porch needed quite a bit of carpentry work done and the company did it at cost. Dan Falato is a really nice guy who gave a very competitive bid on the job. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I was even able to finance it through American Home Remodeling's relationship with several banks. (Wound up going with Wells Fargo) |All in all I feel like I got my money's worth which, after being burned by more than one previous contractor, says alot. |

Description of Work: A few days after completion I had water literally pouring into my kitchen through a skylight. After that was fixed, there was another problem with rainwater coming off the roof and not into the gutter. They also left a big mess in my attic where pieces of the old roof had fallen in and never did completely clean it out.
