We are very satisfied with the promptness, professionalism, quality, plus listening and making sure our concerns were addressed. We had built our home's addition, plus complete roof ourselves. Mary handled the architectural requirements plus building supplies while Jake and other family members who pitched in did most of physical work. This firm is only the second time have hired someone to do work we use to do. Roof that initially put over deck 35 years ago was high end Tyvek. Would have gone that way again except since unable to acquire the same high-quality rubber bushing aluminum nails that had stood 35 years of vicious storms (Sandy plus others) in our area made it impossible to do so. Went with asphalt shingles. Again, Allied listened when pointed out to them what was pulled on us with kitchen roof. That builder (not Allied) substituted the new style of a cedar shingle look rather than the 3 tab look which we used on whole house. It looks terrible and so out of sink with rest of house. When we can afford it, will have to redo kitchen roof to 3 tab look which is perfect for this house. And yes, Allied will be in the top running when we are ready.

This company did an excellent job on the siding. The color is gray and look so good the house looks brand new everything about the work that was done with great the workers showed up on time they put safety measures out they talk to me throughout the process when it rained I understood that they couldn't come out not a problem they even threw the gutters in at a very low cost if not for free which I did very much appreciate every time I needed to speak to someone in the company they were there. My only problem is there was extra pieces very long pieces of siding left over I called the company several times regarding this and no one has ever come to pick up the siding I cannot move it because it is very very heavy I had this project done about 3 years ago I'm still calling the company and still no one has gotten back to me and I still can't get rid of the siding that is in my driveway I can't give it away because it's not aluminum it's vinyl. even after all of that I did contact the company maybe a year ago because I wanted to do my outside deck and I was going to ask them to come into it but they never got back to me regarding that project also

I met with John from sales. I found John to be incredibly personable professional and knowledgable. We hired AH to replace our siding with Certainteed and our wood trim with Azac. Jeffrey and his crew were punctual and hardworking. The job was completed on time and without any significant problems. Any concerns or questions we had were handled promptly and without reservation. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve worked with American Home Remodeling before and had a great experience with them. My front door and vestibule was replaced and they did a fantastic job. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

They were by far ref most responsive to calls. They were prompt, true to plan and even went above and beyond when I had an additional request. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Job went excellently. Dan was really helpful and easy to work with from day one. Price was very competitive. We started the process early in the season, and after deciding to work with them, it was just 2-3 weeks till job done. They were very attentive to the weather when managing the job start to make sure everything was done well. The install team was pleasant and very courteous. Took about 2 days to complete. The gutters were installed about 1 week after roof, and are very good. That team helped us resolve an issue with the original design of gutter system. After the job, we did find a good number of remaining nails in the yard (it’s to be expected), but Dan quickly sent the team lead back over to the house for another magnet sweep. Haven’t found many since then. Overall a very good experience and glad we decided to work with Dan and American Home Remodeling.

Steps were rebuilt, iron railings replaced and painted. The job was very professionally done. Workman were diligent and thorough with all aspects of the project to completion. The project was monitored closely by John Fiore who gave and accepted feedback on the progress of the work and the workers. I have also used American Home Remodeling this year for miscellaneous carpentry work I needed done to a wall in my house. Very pleased with outcomes of each project. One project was in 2014 and the most recent project was earlier this year 2019.

Excellent! This is an outstanding general contracting firm for homeowners. They are straightforward, fair, genial, honest and responsive. Their work product is superior. I would definitely (and happily) use this firm again. I would also urge my friends to do the same when they require a contractor.

The remodel of our master bathroom turned out beautifully. We have an 80 year old home and the space for the remodel was small and challenging. The people at American Home, especially Vic, were very knowledgeable and provided good insight to help us make decisions. Mario did our tile work and he was a true master. The shower walls and floor look amazing. It was even noted by the shower door installer that the tiles were perfectly straight. Something he rarely sees in older homes! Our experience with American Home was exceptional. Everyone from the office staff to the artisan workers were true professionals. In fact we called them a few months later for some masonry work outside (also beautiful!). Highly recommend this company.

Dan was a pleasure to do business with and he provided excellent service. We had to replace an old roof on a 1900sq.ft town house and American Home Remodeling did an excellent work. I highly recommed them.

American Home Remodeling did a great job. They replaced my roof and kept my property clean at all times. We felt very comfortable dealing with them and will call them again when we are ready for new siding.

We hired John at American Home Remodeling, Inc., to renovate our first floor bathroom. My wife and I were finally ready to pull the plug on a renovation but were nervous with the process. John made it easy, and made sure to go over every fine detail as well as assure us of the proper building permits that were going to be issued by their expeditor with the township. The job went smooth from the beginning to the end. Since we had a great experience with John and his team, we started to get quotes on our deck which was in dire need of replacement. We ended up signing with American Home Remodeling for our deck replacement, and could not have been happier to do so. We finally get to enjoy our deck for the remainder of the spring and also for the summer. Thank you John for a job well done.

I scheduled an appointment with American Home Remodeling to come out and give me a quote for my roof, as it had reached 25 years of age and was the original. I met with Dan, and when he arrived he was very professional and courteous. He brought over samples, went over price options, and colors. Being that I had received a few other quotes before him, I knew my decision was to move forward with American Home Remodeling after countless reviews that I read. The crew showed up as planned, and finished the job as promised without any debris left on my property! I could not be more content with my choice, and would trust American Home Remodeling with any other project I may have in the future. Thanks to Dan and the team for a smooth renovation.

We sat with several different contractors before deciding on American Home Remodeling. George went over all of the options he had available and gave us a really good price. We were able to finance the project with a low monthly payment. The work came out great. Very happy with our choice

I scheduled an appt on Tues4/8,..The owners son came and took measurements,.. he said hed have a cost proposal ready and emailed within 2 days... on Fri4/12 I text him and he said “maybe tomorrow”..... on Sat at 4pm I called he company, I was told they would page him and get back to me right away.... have not heard from them since. It is now Mon 4/15, and must move on to get project done.... Unprofessional, and Disrespectful for a customer to be blown off on an approx 30G job,.. if your too busy, not interested, or doing so well you dont need the work, you should just say so and not waste my time.

I met with Dan and we went over the work and picked out shingles. Dan took the information and when I called to let him know I wanted to proceed he emailed me the contract to sign. After the weather got a litle warmer, they proceeded to do the job(rip off old shingles, replace all the plywood and 3 skylights and new shingles. They job was done in 2 days. Workers were professional. They cleaned up afterwards. My only issue is that they broke one of my lime stone steps, I showed Dan when he came for payment and he said he would send his mason to repair the issue. It's be over 2 weeks and nothing. I text Dan and have not heard anything.

They were very professional, on time and did what was contracted. We had the guys come back to finish the flashing on the chimney but other than that hiccup it was painless. George our sales rep was knowledgeable accurate and answered all my questions but honestly their workers were the best!! These guys worked their butts off and finished our roof in a day! Extremely hard workers! Cleaned up the debris and cared for our yard as if it was their own. I was very impressed with them! I would call again if I need another project.

Nick from AHR, called me everyday leading up the install to let me know what the plan was, when the dumpster was coming, when the material would be delivered and when the installers were coming. I don't know any contracting company that does that. If communication was category on here AHR would be an A+. Looking forward to working with AHR for siding replacement and other remodels in future!

Receptionist who answered indicated that they will not perform interior remodeling projects in Hoboken, NJ for various reasons. I leave this review only to inform others who may be seeking service in the city.
