American Home Remodeling was absolutely stupendous to work with. I reside in Irvington and needed vinyl siding and 3 windows replaced to my home. Victor, Kelvin and their team of workers were efficient, service-oriented, and professional from the pre-planning stages- through the completion of the project. I highly recommend their services. American home remodeling did my bathroom. The job went very smooth. Everything was organized and the schedule was kept. The team was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them on the next bathroom.

American Home Remodeling did an amazing job with facilitating my kitchen and bathroom renovation project. They were all very easy to work with and were able to get my job completed exactly how I wanted it to be done. I highly recommend their services, You won't be disappointed!

Vic and his team were truly amazing throughout our entire home renovation. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had new hardwood floors installed in 4 different rooms, our hallway, a wall removed to create an open concept in our home, professional painting, and vinyl floors installed in our basement. Vic, Kelvin, and Mark were always on top of the project and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. During the reno process we also encountered a problem with water coming through into our basement and Vic was able to get the problem fixed so quickly and efficiently to stay on our projected schedule. We were truly taken care of and blown away by the outstanding job AHR did. Everything was beautifully executed and we definitely plan to use AHR for any and all of our future renovations or repairs needed for our home.

Vic & the team at American Home Remodeling were great! We did a full home renovation and gutted our house 3 weeks before the pandemic. Although it was a stressful time, and we certainly had some delays, Vic and the team at AHR were fantastic! Always communicative, honest, patient when we hit road bumps, and true partners in the process! We are thrilled with the final product and highly recommend them for any project – big or small, especially big ones! We would not hesitate to hire them again for our next project!

We are happy with the results of this project. Nick met with us initially and meticulously reviewed our "wish list "and preferences, explaining all of the steps we could anticipate for the entire installation process. , the quality of the siding materials, type of windows and French doors etc. As soon as materials were delivered to the property, work began and continued in spite of very severe winter weather. Nick was always available to answer questions and provide updates. Louis, the on site supervisor was knowledgeable and kept the project moving along swiftly. This is our second time using American Home Remodeling as several years ago they replaced our roof so we had confidence in the company going in. Our house looks great and friends and neighbors have commented on the terrific "makeover". !

I would absolutely recommend American Home Remodeling for any siding and roofing. John Fiore responded to our inquiry in a very timely manner even during a pandemic and was great to work with. John had his roofing team to conduct a thorough inspection of our roof and always took the time to hear our concerns and expectations and made sure they were all addressed properly with clarity and honesty. John never hesitated to go the extra mile and was always willing to put his best effort. His teams were thorough throughout the whole process of our roofing and siding and they displayed their professionalism from very initial call/meeting to the completion of project The best I have ever experienced and kept both my wife and I at ease. They made our home exactly the way we had envisioned it and couldn’t ask for more!

It was fine. It was a good experience. I was very pleased.

Once the materials were delivered the project went very quickly. The crew was prompt, clean and courteous. They arrived early in the mornings and completed the project in 2 days. The new siding and transom window look great and I can feel that the house is warmer with the insulated siding material they used. I would hire them again.

The project had a lot of challenges because include new siding for all the house and change the windows from the front porch. The good think was that We can always discuss any change with the owner They always answer the phone or visit us in person during the project and gave us a lot of positive ideas and suggestions. I understand We had delays on supplies and material due the pandemic but American Home Remodeling honor their word always telling the true and finished the job in good quality.

I don't want this to seem like a negative review because their work and reviews speak for themselves. I am unable to provide an accurate review due to the limitations of the company's ability to do work within condo/apartment buildings. I can't blame them but their insurance company doesn't cover them. So, I guess this is more of a FYI. I am sure this is a great company to partner with for home projects. In our building next to Penn Station is a converted loft that used to be a button factory. Each unit has exposed brick, exposed beam, and exposed duct work which is rare for this area. These are deemed as New York-style lofts. There are 17 units in our building and all are individually owned. There are 14/17 units that are owner-occupied and everyone has their own contractors coming in pretty consistently to upgrade or make changes to their units. It's unfortunate and we looked forward to working with this company. I wish this company continued success and a great 2021. Sorry that your insurance providers wouldn't allow you to work with condo buildings.

I had a minor issue but once Victor, the owner, was made aware of it he rectified it immediately. I appreciate his quick response and he exemplifies what good customer service should be! I can now say I would recommend them to family and friends!

My siding was damaged and needed to be repaired. I called the office and spoke with a representative who had the owner contact me directly. I expressed my concern that this needed to be repaired as soon as possible because of possible inclement weather. American Home sent a representative to survey the damage and make an assessment. The workers arrived the very next day to work on the repair. They were courteous and professional and did an outstanding job.

It went great! John Fiore was my contact person. He provided the estimate, scheduled the work, and inspected the job when completed. He was available to answer any of my questions in a timely fashion. Their estimate was in line with the 2 other companies I contacted. I chose AHR over the others as I felt John listened to my concerns, was easy to work with and his actions supported the reviews on Angie’s list.

I am extremely satisfied with the work American Home Remodeling did for me. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for any future plans I will have.

The end product is nice. My kitchen is very nice and functional and the basement is definitely better with the new door and bilco door. However the estimated timeframe of my project was supposed to be a month and a half however everything was completed within 3 months. There were times where they were not working on my house for weeks. Had to remind them numerous times on things that were not completed. I asked for the detailed listing of expenses that included material cost and labor compared to the budget and never received that.

I’m so happy with the job American Home Remodeling did! We had our steps/porch, walkway, and garage floor done. The workers were always professional and courteous. Plus they did an amazing job! Unfortunately, an hour after they fully completed the job, my dog made paw imprints on the new garage floor before the concrete had dried. I contacted the owner and he sent his foreman back to fix it that night! I plan on using them for more work in the near future. Thank you AHR!

The job went very well. The deck came out beautiful. A neighbor I have never met in the 15 years of living here came over to tell me how nice the deck looks and information on the company. The crew cleaned up at the end of each work day. They arrived early and were great to have do the job. I have more work I would like to have done in my yard and plan to use this company again.

I used American Home Remodeling to replace my roof. The work was done in a processional and timely manner and I am 100% satisfied with all the work .The company was easy to work with and they know how to take care of their customers.

Absolutely impressed with the work performed by AHR. My co-worker had given me their number when they knew I needed work done, and, from start to finish, I was completely satisfied. The representative that arrived was personable, easy to work with, and very considerate to my requests. All of my guests have not stopped with the compliments on my roof and siding! We went with, and would also recommend, the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles for our roof, and coventry vinyl for our siding. I told them I needed it done before the cold weather starts settling in, and they finished my project in the matter of a week. Couldn't be more pleased with the job done. Would and will book again for my future interior projects!

The job was completed at least a day and a half. The workers were all nice. John F from AHR is very responsive to questions and inquiries. Im just hoping for more sunny days despite the fall season so the roof settles in completely. Otherwise, I am satified and happy with the outcome. It was nicely done.

Called them about a deck & stair replacement since they offered a 20% off coupon. Received a quote that only offered the discount on part of the project. I don’t know why. Even with this partial discount, their quote was pricier than all others we received.
