The roofing and siding crew was first rate. They were prompt, efficient, professional and accommodating. They finished both the roofing and siding in a bit more than a week and the quality of their work was great. They cleaned up after their work to a condition better than before. The gutter crew was great as well. They also covered the ugly AC pipes connecting the unit in the attic to the outside condenser. It makes a big difference to the appearance of the house (see picture.) John was in touch during the work and helped clear up any miscommunications and kept us informed of the schedule as well as any changes to the schedule. We are very happy with the quality of AHR's work and are glad we picked them for this job. We highly recommend American Home Remodeling.

They're not cheap, but they're not highly expensive also. They are reasonable. I just have to call them for a couple of things they have to fix. I have been trying to contact them for some time, they have not contacted me back yet, but I work closely with someone named Dan and I'm sure if I call him back again, he is going to come back.

Everything went really well. Dan went step by step on what was going to be completed and how. His guys came in and got everything done in great timing. One full day for the roof and 1/2 day for the gutters.

Only problem with them: didn't start the day until 10 a.m. but did work well after 6:00 pm

Called and they had estimator get back to me the same day. John returned my call and made an appointment with 2 hour window for the following week. John said he would call on the day to confirm. I received the confirmation call and he showed up as agreed. He answered all my questions and said he would email me the estimate within two days. I received the estimate as promised. However I decided to go with another contractor that provide a price 25% less that AMR. I thought my interactions with AMR were great and they were very professional. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for other jobs.

It was good work. They were friendly people. I was happy with them.

Amazing! John Fiore was great to deal with. Highly professional, easy to work with, and super responsive. He was readily available to answer any questions I had, talk through the smallest details of the job and regularly on-site to supervise the work. The work crews, and foreman Paul were fantastic. They were promptly on-time every day and were easy to speak to as well. They immaculately cleaned the job site at the end of every day and most importantly, their work was of the highest quality. Even after the work was completed and I had some small details that I wanted addressed, they quickly came back to ensure my satisfaction. My house literally looks brand new. I would easily look to hire them for future jobs.

American Home Remodeling put a new roof and vinyl siding on our home. The roof repairs included replacing boards, the shingles, and clean up. The siding included removing the old siding, putting on new vinyl siding including trim around the windows and doors. The salesperson Nick was very responsive to questions and promptly returned telephone calls. Nick was so helpful the whole way. He gave excellent advice on colors to choose, and was on site during the work to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was a pleasure to work with. All in all I was very satisfied with the work American Home Remodeling did. They were organized, kept to the promised appointment schedule, and there were no surprises along the way. I would recommend them and contact them for future projects.

I didn't rate the price because this was the first time I have done this type of project, but I feel I got my money's worth. My wife and I were very happy. The crew and project and project manager, who's name was Nick, was in contact with us constantly. He walked us through everything, took care of getting permits, arranging inspections and also came with my wife and I to help pick out materials. My wife seemed to have the same taste as he because they seem to agree on most everything. Marik and his crew (Wlodek and Andrew) did exceptional work! They were professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Paid for professional assessment for basement remodeling and got a date 10 days later. Received call day before the appointment date that it would not be possible to schedule this on the appointed day and reschedule it a week later

Excellent! Not only was the price very fair, American Home Remodeling does high quality work. Definitely would hire again!

The estimator was nice and professional but the price quoted was extremely high compared to other estimates I got. Roughly double to be exact. The other two estimates I received were also from highly rated Angieslist contractors and they quoted me less for composite than AHR did for pressure treated. When asked if they could go any lower on price the response was that small projects like that come at a premium. Maybe that's the case for AHR but apparently not for the competition. Needless to say, I didn't choose them for this job and won't likely be calling them again.

Exceeded expectations. Every aspect of work was top notch. Renaldo and his crew worked long hours every day and each night the grounds was spotless. They did their best to make sure we were pleased and even did extra work that was needed at no additional cost. Dan was easy to contact and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Neighbors are raving at the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!

Installation of siding in New York requires permit. American Home Remodeling did not have the appropriate insurances in place that satisfy New York and therefore we could not hire American Home Remodeling and cancelled the purchase for refund.

Couldn't go through with the project since American Home Modeling mostly vinyl siding and Hardiplank siding. But the representative who visited us was extremely helpful and gave me some very valuable tips! And this after knowing that I wasn't likely to engage their services. I very much appreciate the integrity and customer service. Just for this, I would hire them if i ever need work done which falls in their specialization. Thank you.

This was by far the easiest home remodeling project I have ever completed with a contractor. American Home Remodeling showed up for the appraisal on time, provided professional service and an estimate within a day. I asked 2 other companies for an appraisal of the same job and American Home Remodeling came in the lowest. They showed up when they said they would, got right to work and did a very good job on fixing the damage on my roof. The finished product looks beautiful, clean and was done in an expeditious manner. The workers were courteous and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. You will always find some nails on the ground after a job like this even if they use magnets (this company did use the magnets), but I only found 5 and I went over my entire yard.

We hired this company because of the great reviews on Angies List. Actually we just relied on the many A ratings this company received through Angies List that we did not bother to look for other contractors. I was initially nervous on how they would meet my high demands and expectations. We worked with John Fiore and it was a good match for us. He is a great guy, knowledgeable, competent, always available and knows how to calm down our fears and uneasiness because of the big investment on our project. All our queries were answered well and since we have no idea what we really want in terms of quality of materials and color coordination we relied on his expertise, experience and good eye for color. We could have gone way down the price but we emphasized that our priority is good quality of materials and workmanship. He assured us both would be delivered and he did beyond our expectations. We chose materials which were not too expensive but also not cheap but somewhere in the middle. He assured us that the materials we chose were good quality and would last for years. They took care of everything even the getting of permits and town's inspection of finished project. They used fieldstones, limestones and aluminum railings as per our request, painted the wall on the front of the house with the color of our choice and installed vinyl siding. John was accommodating and patient to last minute changes particularly changing colors to white and white to black. Walter and the crew did an excellent job is installing the vinyl siding, corner trims and cleaning up even using a magnetic metal sweeper. Pedro and crew also did an excellent job in installing the steps, new walkway leading to the second steps of stairs, placing the fieldstones and limestones. Overall it met all our expectations and the house turned beautiful and brand new. We are totally very happy and satisfied with the results. We were also guaranteed that it will last for years since good materials were used and well built. See pics attached. We were there all the time and I must look like an inspector so I knew it was well built. We highly recommend American Home Remodeling. We would use them again for any future project.
